My visit to American Family Care was for my mom. When you're worried about your mom, your mind is just not there. Upon entering, I was welcomed by a friendly face. While I was trying to fill out the forms, Ms. Kamane did it over the phone for me. She kept saying she didn't mind. You just don't find service like that anymore. She explained everything to me so patiently. When we were called to the back, we met Ms. Betty — she had such joy! She did everything to relax Mom and take her mind off her pain. Next was Ms. Destiny, who made me feel right at home with her beautiful personality. And last, the provider Jason. I thank him for truly listening and doing everything he could to diagnose her problems. Not only that, he got a wheelchair himself and brought her all the way to the car. I had to shout out all of them because they are a great team working together to take care of people with real compassion. Thank you all!
