I made an appointment at 10:30 didn’t get back to a room until after 11:00. Then at 12:15 I walked out and went to the restroom and asked did they forget about me? I wasn’t seen until after 12:30. Now the doctor was good and nice and she did say sorry for my wait time. I did tell her I thought they forgot about me. I only made the appointment and not just walk in because I thought I wouldn’t have that long of a wait. I guess I was wrong. That was my  only complaint really. I would recommend this provider just make sure  I tell them not sure how fast you will been even with appointments.

Time wasted money spent South then inform me of my Illness but since have ultrasounds done still haven't heard back the worst experience ever

I will NEVER be back to this place. An hour and a half in the waiting room after I had made an appointment and arrived ahead of that appointment time. I finally left before being seen. This doc in the box is an absolute joke.

Scheduled an appointment online. Waited over 2 hours after that appointment before I was seen. The front desk lady was incredibly rude.

Was able to get a same day visit to address possible ear infection. Waited 50 minutes to be taken back, the assistant was kind but screening area is not private. Then waited another hour in the room with no one coming to update us. A nurse practioner walked in, barely spoke to us, did NOT wash hands or wear gloves, and looked in her ears. That’s IT. No other checking on any symptoms. Waited 2 hrs for about 90 seconds of rude, unfriendly care and prescription. Beyond the worst appointment and would never go back.

I was a walk- in patient. I did not schedule. The check in process was easy for me but I can se show it could be a barrier for those who are not technologically savvy or older. Staff were present, neither friendly or unfriendly just doing their jobs, nothing extra. I don’t feel like my visit was thorough. They gathered standard information: weight, height, temp, swabbed nose and throat, looked inside of throat. What was I expecting? I thought checking my neck for lymph nodes, my ears for whatever they look for in ears or simply asking more about my symptoms. The NP did none of this. Guess they were tired.

I woke up not feeling too well. I went to work and was still feeling awful. I scheduled online with no issues. I arrived for my appointment. Check in was easy. Staff at the window was nice and polite. My wait time was over an hour. My appointment was at 320pm. I was called back at almost 5pm. The nurses were very polite. The nurse practitioner came in to see me. She was a little snappy and dismissive. Maybe because she was frustrated she didn't know where all her nurses were and had a lot more patients to see. I can understand that frustration but understand mine as well not feeling well and then a get a diagnosis that was not expected and the provider getting snappy with you. Normally I would have said something but I showed grace and understanding. But overall my visit was fair and convenient to pharmacy and home.

Great service took longer than expected but they had their hands full with some difficult patients . Love these guys

The wait time was un exceptable with having three people total in the waiting . I spent 2hr 45 min at Family Care in only 20 minutes of that time was in the back with the Nurse ,the rest of the time was waiting to be called.
