Having pain in my lower back running down my groin area all the way down my left leg. So painful when I Urinate, pain runs down my left leg. Had no way to check for kidney stones because the facility doesn't have a X-ray machine which I thought was odd. The pain was terrible, but by the time I finished signing in shorty I was called back. Staff was caring, professional & tentatively listen to my concerns.

I had an infected scratch on my leg. I checked with my school nurse and she suggested I get it looked at by a doctor. The doctor was expedient once I was in a room. He was compassionate regarding my situation. He knew I needed to get to my next destination quickly and sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy quickly. I would visit this provider again.

Scheduling in advance is great. I practically walked straight back to the examination room. There were some equipment issues that caused a delay but it wasn’t a big deal. I was satisfied with my experience and I would recommend this location.

I use to go to urgent care in Roebuck however the Dr there didn’t seem to want to help you , however at the Dr at this location were very thoughtful and looked at options to try to help you feel better.🥰🥰🥰

This experience was great. The girls at check in were so helpful and friendly they helped me complete all the tasks to get checked in. Then the tech that did my X-ray was so kind and helpful. This facility was the best I have ever been to. Would go again if it wasn’t two hours from my house. Awesome experience!!! I would surely recommend to others.
