The wait was so long and there was only me and another woman waiting to be seen she left because it was taking so long I only needed a drug test and it took so long

Needed to be seen for a chronic problem that became acute.   It’s the weekend.  Scheduled appointment quickly and easily.  All the staff was very efficient and friendly.  No parking issues.  In and out in under 45 minutes.  So much easier than sitting in an ER for hours and for what I consider quality care.  As a retired RN, it was as I expected .  I would recommend this provider.

Very easy to schedule and get checked in. However, I had to wait more than two hours to be seen, and I still did not receive the lab results I came for.

All personnel and the smoothness of their office functions are far above any other walk in clinic in town.  Thank you all for even being open on Sunday. Sickness doesn’t care about the day of the week.  Other facilities could take lessons from your services.

Online booking was great. Checking b in was awesome. The girl who worked triage was really nice. The one who brought me the results of my chest xray was ok. The girl who did the chest x-ray was the one who did triage again she was extremely nice and very compassionate and detailed.

Told we could get a insurance referral then got there for appointment and told they couldn’t do that

I was a walk-in, got seen within a few minutes after checking in with a stiff swollen knee. Staff were very friendly.  A short wait for the doctor.  I recommend this provider

Check in was fast and efficient. Young lady at the desk helped me with the process. It was a very short wait. Nurse was kind and helpful. The doctor patiently listened to my symptoms and called in Rx immediately. Very happy with my appointment.

Wait time was terrible.  Evaluation of sickness was just okay.

Check in was easy and staff was excellent. However, the wait time to be seen was ridiculously long. It took about 1.5 hours to have my vitals taken and placed in an exam room. Then it took another 1.5 to be seen by a doctor. All the while I could hear the longest conversation between the doctor and staff joking and laughing about one thing or another while I waited. However, I would like to mention that I was actually seen by the NP who was very professional and seemed to move from my exam room to the next one on her list without hesitation.
