Went in late  they were so nice and quick .in and out less than 30 minutes   I felt horrible. Got shot and meds . Np Valencia. Was great !!!   Staff was awesome.

I was hurting really bad so I went in to make sure I wasnt constipated or didnt have appendicitis or a UTI. I didn't leave with much of an answer about what was wrong or how to treat the pain. It was relieving to know it was at least nothing life threatening. I was charged $3 but they took $88 out of my account and told me it was pending and theres nothing on their end and it should drop off and give back the money within a few minutes. Its been a whole day and Im still out of that money. And they had the audacity after taking the $88 to tell me I still had not paid and they would not see me until I paid even though they drained everything from my account.

Great job on part of all staff members. In and out quickly.

Enjoy the ease of scheduling and signing in. However, the staff was not welcoming. The lady at the front desk facial expression was flat and she appeared bothered. Medical care was below basic for a simple problem. Please return to using skilled/experienced MDs and NPs. That visit wasn't worth the cost.

Woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat drove here payed a 30 dollar co pay for them to tell me it’s nothing. The first nurse was sweet when she took my tests but the second nurse practitioner had no bedside manner and just seemed like she wanted patients gone quickly. I left with no diagnosis and 2 prescriptions my insurance needs a diagnosis to cover prescription so I was left paying the 30 dollar copay and then uncovered prescriptions. The wait time was horrendous and noticed on the wait list they had already deemed me seen and gone when I haven’t even seen a nurse yet. I’ve gone to AFC before at other locations but this one was the worst by far.

It was not the best experience I would say. I didn’t really care for most of the staff considering I repeatedly told them that my 4 year old is autistic and he needed a little patience. Just not very understanding and they were rushing him and the MA traumatized him when she tested him for flu/covid. The only positive part we had there was when the first ma took his vitals and I told her he was autistic and she was the only one who was actually patient and understanding with him.

The person at the front desk had me feeling out paperwork that I should not have had to fill out and my employer agreed with me that I shouldn’t have had to fill anything out but a check in form

I had severe right wrist pain. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. The bedside manner was great. God bless.

I waited for the doctor for a long time and the bedding had not been changed after the last patient. The doctor was very rude and used attitude toward me and my family. Will not be back was absolutely the worst doctor experience. 0/10

Staff was friendly and provided exceptional care! No wait time!
