Sinus and aches and fever during the night and I made an online appointment for 7:30 the next morning.  Dr Hagamaker did an excellent job explaining my situation and the shot and meds I would be prescribed. By the next day feeling much better. Highly recommend them.

Was able to book the appointment quickly and within the hour. Dr. Hagaman was very nice. The other staff were also friendly. The wait time was excellent. We were able to be in and out and get the meds my daughter needed and get home so she could rest.

I had a small accident and had to have a large splinter (stick really) removed. I made my appointment online easily, my wait time was 5 mins. They were able to remove it without much pain but I'm a BIG chicken. Actually numbing it up was the only pain and that can't be helped, needles are needles. Everyone was very nice. This is my 3rd visit and it's always been this way.

I had a sore throat, chills and a fever of 100.0, on Thursday.  I came into the office on today to get checked.  The entire staff was very kind.  The NP was very thorough.

I recently relocated from upstate New York to Chelsea and I couldn’t be more pleased . The care that I received during my visit to Urgent Care was beyond amazing. The knowledge and professionalism displayed in my treatment were exceptional. I would highly recommend this facility.

Everyone was nice and friendly. I just believe the only disadvantage is that the physician doesn’t know me or what meds have helped me in the past so wtbs I felt like I didn’t get adequate meds. I am still having symptoms and will probably just call my primary physician.

Called to schedule an appointment with the automated system. The nurse called me back to make sure I didn’t need to go to the emergency room. I didn’t feel the need because my chest pains seemed Respitory related. Arrived, checked in and walked right in to an appointment. The nurse was extremely empathetic and thorough with her portion of the exam. And what a great personality! Deja Spears was extremely nice and listed to my list of concerns and symptoms.  He knew how to treat my symptoms and had me out the door with a prescription for antibiotics, cough medicine and anti-inflammatory. Will definitely retire if ill again.

arrived at 7:50 am. Six patients walked in after me and were seen ahead of me. Seen at 9:20. The care after 9:20 was wonderful. Out by 10:20am

Was able to get in quickly, PA listened to my issues and came up with a plan.
