The nurse practitioner didn’t introduce herself or ask any questions other than looking in my throat. Barely communicated about the plan before sending in rx. Felt like she didn’t want me to ask any questions and she wanted to get out of the room as quickly as possible (which she did).

Sinus pressure and headach pain. Excellent service from staff.   However I do not like having to use a credit card and being turned away because I don’t have one.   I use cash.  This needs to be addressed because us currency clearly states, legal tender for all debts public and private.  Why would you turn a patient away if they only had cash to pay you?
