I had to go out of the room multiple times to get someone to come see me. I was there over 2 hours for a simple infection that needed antibiotics. The doctor had zero sense of urgency and I would probably still be there now if I didn’t go out there and demand service.

This was the easiest and most efficient urgent care visit i have ever had. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. I was listened to and treated with respect and my problem was fully addressed.
