Had an issue with my toe nail. The staff took great care of me and my injury.

Everyone was awesome.  Great care!  Worst case of Covid I have had.

Looking online was super easy. Barely had to wait when I got to the office. However, the nurse practitioner told me it was just a common cold, but I am getting worse and not better.

Had a sore throat and wanted to get it checked out. Registered online to save time and was given a time to show up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I showed up at 11:04 for my 11:15 time. I received a text showing my place in line. It said I would be seen at 11:53 even though there was no one else in the clinic?? I was called in before that but it was 11:45 before the npr saw me.  Overall good experience but the wait time puzzles me.

I cut my arm and needed a tetanus shot Everything was great!!

I always have had great appointments with American Family Care. Everyone at the Chelsea location were amazing. Kennedy is such a great medical provider! Very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable.

I was a walk-in. Was seen immediately by receptionist and went immediately to the exam room. But then waited 20-30 minutes to be seen. NP and staff were very cordial and caring.

My son had a real bad cough and runny nose. I was able to walk right in, fill out information and be seen 10 minutes later. Very friendly staff, the office was really clean and the doctor prescribed medicine to get rid of my son’s sickness. The best part of the entire visit,  was a candy bag given to my son at the end of his visit and that made him feel so much better.

First time choosing to go to AFC in Chelsea for medical care. The service was absolutely excellent, and the staff was very friendly and professional. However my entire time in the facility was approximately two hours.. This included my wait time in addition to my actual medical care. My treatment was a shot, and an ear flush. The majority of my time was waiting to be seen. Very pleased with the care, but the wait time was  too long for such quick procedures once addressed.  Would recommend this provider, and hopefully my experience was the exception and not the rule of how service is normally rendered.

Scheduling was easy online..took me right back..very courteous and nice staff.. and my care was excellent.. i will return.. thanks for such a convenient option when i needed to see a Dr.
