Easy to navigate the appointment online.  Showed up early and they fit me in with minimal wait.  The entire staff was fantastic!  They were all personable and professional.  I come to American Family Care Madison Street before I go to my primary care because I receive better care here.  Thank you for providing affordable, accessible care.

Although I live off of exit 1, I will always make the drive to afc on Madison street. Scheduling is super easy and convenient. The check in process is so simple and convenient! I am always treated with kindness and respect. They are quick, kind, and helpful. I have never ever had a bad experience here. Even when they are busy and things are out of their control, the staff are  great at communicating that to the patients that are waiting to be seen in the lobby area. I was the last patient out last night at almost 8:00 p.m. and one of the very kind nurses walked me to my car to ensure that I got there safely! When I can’t be seen by my regular physician , I know that I’m in great hands at afc and I know that I will receive the best care!  10/10 recommend afc!

I have been battling bronchitis for about six months so I accidentally booked an appointment at this facility, but it was the best choice. Although I did have to wait about 45 minutes for my appointment that I scheduled online, everything went well. My only concern was that I really didn’t find out what my real diagnosis was until I got my papers. Also, when I ask for a cough syrup, the first doctor told me he couldn’t do that, but he could get me the pearls. When I picked up my prescription, there was neither one so I called back and another doctor called me in the cough syrup, which the first doctor said I couldn’t have. A little weird. Overall, it was a good visit.

The wait time was not bad at all, maybe 5 minutes. Nurse Schandi was very friendly and attentive. I felt she truly care about the patient. Doctor Granger, was great too. He listened and explained everything to me. I would go back her again. Thank you for a great visit.

At my age i have always go there because the staff, Jailyn and medical staff are always so so so good to me.   I always tell my friends to go to AFC.

I was a walk-in appointment. Once I scanned the QR Code and completed the paperwork, which took about 15 minutes, I was seen about 10 minutes later. Looks like wait time would've been shorter if I had an appointment, because they were taking some people with appointments as soon as they arrived. Once taken to the back, the nurse took my vitals and led me to the x-ray room within 5 minutes. After x-ray, the doctor was in the room within 5 minutes and gave me a good analysis of what to do. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with my visit.
