I have a question: When you’re being tested for COVID and the flu, shouldn't the swabs be in the room where you were triaged? I also think the nurse should have brought the swabs from the back unopened before swabbing my nose. Patients should be able to see that the swabs are unopened before testing.

Woke up could not put pressure on left foot. This caused difficulties in walking. Staff was helpful in check in . They provided a wheelchair. Staff was very professional and helpful in calming me during this painful situation. I would recommend to others.

The scheduling was very easy! Very clean place! When I stepped up after the person in front of me was helped the person at the desk just said do you have an appointment? No good morning no greeting in very short with me after that. It was better but it just kind of caught me off guard. Lol. Normally people create one another instead of just saying, do you have them, especially the front desk of a company or business. Nurse was very friendly and unhelpful. She looked at me kind of crazy when the swab was kinda hard for me to do. I’d say just watch facial expressions when you’re dealing with healthcare and customers a doctor was great.!!! Over all four stars thank y’all so much
