Thank you for having such a wonderful pleasant staff. That was very uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to get seen only had to wait 45 minutes.!  The nurse that I had was extremely pleasant, kind, and compassionate loved her!  Your doctor there was comforting and very knowledgeable knew what to do right away. I will definitely use your service  again if needed! Highly recommend!

I scheduled at this location because of the early time.  I had to wait one hour. Unfortunately this wasn’t the only time this has happened to me.  It has been a few times now.

easy to schedule. The receptionist was very helpful and kind as was Russ. however, the doctor that came in didn’t check me at all. had a rather standoff manner and did t ask me any questions. no check in ears, throat anything. strange to me overall

Had an appointment dr showed up late to the office still waited 1 hr for him to talk for 30 seconds and dismiss me

I am Very upset , not good comunicación in south street Danbury don’t have eye drop  they transfer me to mil plain store in danbury ct but also they don’t have aye drop ,, I don’t like to came here any more ,, also mil plain  tore one off the girl was teaching another girl don’t know anything..  Estoy muy molesto. La comunicación en la tienda de South Street, en Danbury, es pésima; no tenían las gotas para los ojos. Me transfirieron a la tienda de Mill Plain, también en Danbury (CT), pero allí tampoco tenían las gotas. Ya no quiero volver a venir aquí. Además, en la tienda de Mill Plain, una de las empleadas estaba enseñándole a otra chica que no sabía absolutamente nada.

I am between GP’s and needed advice on a tender spot behind my knee. Everything was fine. I got what I needed.

The nurse that attended to me today was incredible patient and very caring and professional. These are the type of nurses that we need to give us care.

I went in and didn’t have to wait at all. Also the staff was super friendly and the nurse was amazing. The doctor was very knowledgable and friendly.

I’ve used this urgent care 3 or 4 times and always been very happy with the care I’ve received.  The staff is nice, the facility is clean and it couldn’t get any easier to make an appt!  This is so much easier than going to my primary care Dr and having to wait days for an appt.

Excellent people to work with. Great smiles and way to put the patient at ease.
