I called and was given the appointment 20 minutes after the call. I registered on line and the front staff helped me finish. I was brought into the exam room, told my symptoms, was asked questions and then the doctor came in and we discussed my problem and he ordered my medicine. Great, caring staff.

I had a bad knife cut on my left pointer finger.  It wouldn’t stop bleeding.  Both Bruna and Brian were very professional, helpful and personable.  I appreciate their caring for me and treating of my finger (got 3 stitches plus tetanus shot).

Staff was fantastic. The woman helping me was incredibly kind and it was easily my smoothest urgent care visit.

I had diminished hearing in my ear Bruna made ease of scheduling an appointment a breeze and was very welcoming when I came in. Emily the MA was professional and thorough with her questions. Dr. M had a wonderful bedside manner and took his time answering my questions.

Able to make a same day appointment, get checked by doctor and get prescription sent to my pharmacy. Excellent service and attention. I’ve been there before and will return when needed.

My car broke down and I spoke to someone on the phone who was very friendly and booked an appointment for me right away.  I dropped off my car and they determined it would take two days to fix.  They were able to give me a nice loaner car for the weekend which was a big help to me.  They fixed my car in 1 day.  Michael H. worked with me.  Very nice, helpful, great at explaining details.  I was very happy with the service I received. I would recommend to others.

The medical assistant discouraged us from getting labs done here because she said AFC sends samples to Quest and you are charged for an office visit AND the Quest bill, which doesn't go through insurance. It was all very confusing and surprising considering how many emails I get from AFC encouraging me to come here for labs. The lab results were ready 33 hours later, and I had to call them to get them; they didn't call me. Very slow if you are depending on those results.

The staff in the front was extremely helpful and friendly . Nurse was also friendly and helpful…. Dr was easy to understand and very nice

Staff are so friendly and kind.   Very informative too.   Only waited 30 minutes due to walk ins.  No big deal for me.
