Don’t go to the Newtown Road location unless you have to. They act like your time is not valuable and then don’t seem happy when you remind them you are still there, or when you start to walk out. Much better service at the Main Street location.

Wait time is way toohigh, and diaglosing doctors sound less experienced

Checking in was hard for me. , I had to do it in my phone and it wasn't going through fast enough and the pictures didn't take. The receptionist had to help me . Everything else was good, the doctor was very kind and helpful.

PA was fantastic. Nurse was kind and patient.  I highly recommend.

Every one should know when waking in to one of this clinic except the wait to be 1hr. Make sure you make an appointment before walking.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat made an appointment got right in no wait time easy Peezy check my vitals. Did a strep test. The doctor was very thorough. I felt good about it. I’ve never had a problem at this location ever

I am a returning patient and I am always greeted with a smile from reception to the admitting techs.  I recommend this Danbury East location wholeheartedly!!

Woke up this morning not feeling well. My doctor couldn’t see me until Monday which was 3 days away. My daughter suggested scheduling an appt. With AFC.  I was able to get in same day, greeted by a very nice receptionist, in and out with great care. Can’t plan when you will be sick, but very nice to know AFC is available to get you back on your feet. Great staff!

I was very nervous. I am very anxious. I have white coat fever. The nurse and the doctor were so kind and patient with me. They put me at ease. They were informative and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Came in around 11, waiting room full. Made an appt for 2, left and came back by 1:50. Didn’t get into a room until 3:30, dr came in 15-20 min later. Spent 5 -8 min with me. There were five people ahead of me.  What took 2 hours?? Next time going to cvs minute clinic.
