Woke up with a cold that was getting worse. Made an online appointment. Fairly easy. Online check-in was difficult considering my limited experience and poor attitude. The young man at the front was very helpful in completing the checkin. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. The rest of the appointment and staff were very nice and helpful.

Needed a release for surgery. Walked in, no wait,very friendly and personable staff. Only gripe is having to fill out registration on my phone everything I go and rescan drivers license each time..that takes longer than any of the visits I've had! If I'm already a patient there why do I have to repeat that annoying process eac h time?

Fast, easy scheduling. My second visit here over past few years. First was exceptional experience with staff and the PA who met with me.  That was a primary consideration for choosing this location again. Yesterday the experience was decent on all aspects except the PA. Front desk person - excellent. The radiology tech who first saw me and did my vitals was great. Personable and explaining what she was doing and why.   The PA? OMG. No scrubs, no lab coat, no name tag. Could have been someone who walked in off the street.  No personality and did not explain anything as to why she was asking me to do different things. In fact, had no regard for my limited right leg ability insisting I still walk with heel toe — like I was being tested for DUI by a cop.  I also have not found any summary visit notes other than vitals the radiology tech performed.

Very friendly and efficient staff and Doctor. About a 5 minute wait with appointment by phone. Got an appointment within 30 minutes of my call.

Office was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable . I did have to wait 1 hour even with a pre scheduled visit time.

The Dr was awesome however when you go to the room it takes about 30 min or over to be seen. Front office didn’t think was friendly it was ok but I had to ask for help and was never greeted.

Front desk and the dr perfect checking immediately results immediately. I recommend everybody to go there.

Pretty easy. Receptionist and PA very good.  Technician doing initial test preps could have been a bit more friendly but no issues Overall a pretty decent experience, I’d go again if I had too.

Scheduling was easy and convenient on the app. I was disappointed to have to then sit in the waiting room for over an hour, even with an appointment. This was surprising to me, as there were only 2 others in the waiting room with me. Why make an appointment if you have the wait for over an hour? The staff were helpful, but overall not a great experience.

Absolutely perfect experience. Everyone was professional, kind, and thoughtful. Definitely would go back and refer my family if needed. A shout out to Russ for being such a grand gentleman and of course, the rest of the staff who are the best!
