Excellent care and service. All of my needs were tended to in a very timely manner.

I walked into urgent care and was greeted warmly and helped me through the process! Did not wait too long. They took my vitals and testing. They diagnosed my issue and recommended treatment. I would definitely go back to them!

Waited an hour even with an appointment. Was seen for less than 5 minutes by a fairly dismissive provider.

I’m from out of State and it still went smoothly   Everyone was friendly and professional.  Only thing I would mention is bring a water bottle because they have a water fountain but no cups so I was skeptical about drinking from there. I would definitely recommend AFC

After feeling very lightheaded in the morning, I checked in to make sure everything was OK with me blood pressure sugar levels. All of that the attention was great and the care and concerns were there. Thank you very much for helping me through this moment.

Walk in. Service was good. Staff is excellent. No xray available. Had to go exit for this xray.

Everyone was friendly and the office was clean. I was disappointed in the providers assessment. I had a 10/10 sore throat that kept me up all night. They did an in office strep test which came back negative but didn’t send it out for additional testing. My symptoms got worse throughout the day and I went to a different provider the following day who diagnosed me with strep and order meds. I felt better within 24 hours. A more thorough assessment and plan would have prevented my bounce back visit.

Had a tear in my ear, went in person at front desk was miserable. The person who took me back to do. My vitals didn’t know what he was doing because the oxygen level red 90 and I asked him what it was and he told me 100 and I said nope it said 90 so he did it again and it said 91 he clearly has no idea that if your oxygen levels at 90 that’s very bad and he should not be taking anybody’s vitals if he doesn’t know what they mean. Also seem to have a new person working on me and would’ve been nice to have been asked that versus the PA just letting her do it then also, the new person hardly edited a word.

Scheduling was easy online. All info on insurance did not process. I had to give it again at the check-in. Everyone was very pleasant. Wait time was a little long in the room.
