American Family Care, Dedham

I had an emergency, walked in and my waiting time was around 30 minutes, they were very kind and fast. I very highly recommended American family care in Dedham. Thank you.

Everything went well.  Had to wait for the doctor for my chest X-ray results around 20 min.  No one came in to see how I was doing.  I called later to have my paperwork to be sent to my PCP. Then never sent it . My doctors office called twice and they still never received it!  Not good

Food I got there at the staff was on their phone. I’m standing around, not even being able to help make me wait for two hours. And I miss my sons x-ray appointment. They need to do better.

Service was excellent. Front desk was very friendly. PA was very informative and easy to talk to.

The check-in was easy. The week was not too bad. The office was very clean. The staff was very professional. The place was busy, but the doctor did answer my questions and definitely helped me out more than at my PCP appointment! For the same issue. I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care if you can’t get to your doctor or the weekend.

Staff was great and friendly.  The lady who drew my blood did excellent, didn’t feel a thing.

While washing windows, over reached for a  tool and fell off side of my porch,  7 step height, right into the bushes.   Have barely any skin left on my arms.  The got me in, cleaned all the missing skin to get dirt out, bandaged me up and sent me home.  All within an hour.  Exceptional care!   I would’ve spent 5 or 6 hours in the emergency room just to be seen!   Great place, great personnel and great location.

My daughter woke with a sore throat so I scheduled an appointment for 9:15. We arrived at 9:10 and we’re not seen until 10:00. There were several other people in the waiting room who also had appointments and told us that they had been waiting over an hour. The PA and assistance who saw my daughter were fine although we received no care information or details on how to get our test results. The receptionist didn’t bother to look up from her phone when we arrived or when we left. It’s too bad, we previously received great care here but after this last visit, we won’t be returning.

Scheduling was super easy. My wait time was quite a while, but that makes sense on a Sunday morning right at the start of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. My bill that came in once insurance was checked felt astronomical though. Had I known beforehand, as this was my first time going to an urgent care facility, I might have thought twice and maybe would have just called up my primary for a prescription.

Got an apt right away online. Staff was lovely and I was seen quickly and diagnosed
