Loved Jay! She was so kind and quickly got me in! She listened to lots of my concerns and she was super comfortable to speak to about my issues.  However, that being said, the doctor took around 5 seconds (literally, she did not examine, she did not touch my skin, she did not take any time even checking it or even asking if it hurt) and diagnosed me with a fungal infection on my toe. Turns out, as I had mentioned to her I was wearing shoes too small and the bruise on my toe started quite small, it was traumatic, not fungal. She ignored my wording and didn’t take 2 seconds to consider any other possibility but the easiest given I have dry skin and the skin around my toenail looked dry. That being said, it turned out to be traumatic and half my toenail is gone lol.  That being said, Jay was fantastic, the provider was not. Thank you!  Would not recommend the doctor, would recommend the nurse!

I rushed in from work and hoped I would be done in time catch a nap before getting back to work and it happened that way, it was way better than my previous experience there.  But the insurance clearance didn’t happen, which is very odd.
