Had trouble getting to emergency. The garage  was full and I had to park way off. Once in the building I wandered around a long time. Luckily it wasn’t a real emergency.  I think some signs and arrows would help us country folk who seldom go to town.

Been to this location several times. Still had to go through the same cumbersome check in. Waited for an unusual time after checking in. Finally got called back. Initial screening went smoothly. After about an hour wait for the doctor, I decided to leave and go to the Emergency room. I hope they cancelled the charge for the visit. Not sure if I will go back again.

I scheduled my appt online the night before hoping I would be in and out early. I realized when I saw the waiting room, that would not be the case. The staff apologized repeatedly for the long wait due to personnel shortages. I'm very happy with the quality of care I received. AFC will continue to be my provider when I need Urgent Care.
