I have been to American Family Care before and as always the scheduling and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this provider to my friends and family. I will be back to see Jackie the Nurse Practitioner at the Flint Ridge location as always she is so knowledgeable and helpful!!!!!!

My appointment was for 12:30pm I ended up coming early around 12:10pm checked in on the app that I was there! Once I paid for what I needed done I got called to the back immediately afterwards! They definitely came a long way with friendliness and treating their patients well!

The visit was awful. The receptionist, the manager lying, the practitioner attitude was terrible. I was there for almost two hours and no one came into the room to assist me. I will be taking this matter further.

Trying to sign in is ridiculous! I can go to the emergency room and sign in quicker. Please don't make it so hard to be seen especially if you've been in within the last year. Ask have anything changed. When I come in for a sick visit, I don't feel like doing all of unnecessary stuff! The staff was awesome, very kind! But that check in,is sickening!! Whoever came up with that was not thinking of the patients 🙏
