Very quick, I called the morning of, app in 3 hours Your staff was so nice and easy to talk with (wow)I would recommend this office to anyone

My symptoms were congestion, fever, dry heaves, croupy cough and asthma. I was able to go online and book an appointment 45 minutes out. They accepted my insurance. The receptionist gave clear instructions for checking in with a smile and friendly attitude. The nurse and Dr. Phillips were friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Lawerence Dudley is the absolute best!! Definitely recommend if you’re having any health issues!! I was in and out within 30 min with meds in hand.

The lady at the front desk is rude! She needs to be cleaning up so she won’t have to deal with people!

Needed attention for a UTI.  Received proper care and I requested a culture of the specimen and received a medicine to take until results are available.

They took good care of my needs and done everything they possibly could for me

Everything went great from the time I went in to coming back out, great service from very helpful staff!

i made an appointment, waited for over an hour and watched 2 people who walked in after me get seen before me. was told it was the wrong telephone number, yet i got texts confirming my appointment and the last message i received said thank you we will see you soon, so im not sure where the wrong phone number came into play when i received every other text message. after i was seen quickly and everything else was fine. but waiting for that long and the receptionist doesn’t think maybe she should check in with the people in her waiting room that have been sitting there for an hour is a little insane. whats the point in allowing people to make appointments if it doesn’t allow priority? i was told i should have inquired after 15 mins, which i could have. but so could the receptionist when she seen i had been sitting so long and she watched everyone else get called back. then after i left i got a text to leave a review and i also got a text saying my appointment was missed when i was obviously seen, so apparently my phone number is correct.

Been fighting a chest cold for several weeks too a month.Googles doctors picked this one so glad I did.Made appointment online got in quickly and out quickly.Staff was very professional and very kind.I give them a 100% rating and I will be choosing them for my primary doctor if I may.
