Dr Morgan is awesome! I know whenever I see her I will get the best care and will feel better quickly. Wish she was there everyday.

I had the following symptoms: itchy/watery eyes, itchy throat, cough, sneezing, runny nose, achy body and congestion. Was treated in a timely manner. Not over medicated. Staff, nurse and doctor were efficient, personable and professional.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an AFC. Waited over 2 hours and was about 99% sure they forgot about me until I purposely had to make a lot of noise to get their attention. Put me in the room at the far back of the building. Room was disgusting.

Bad experience. I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time, yet they made me wait 2 hours despite the place being empty. I had to leave because it looked like it would take even longer.

The person that first took me in to triage me she was not that friendly. The doctor   I saw she was very nice  and answered all of my questions

I made an appointment for 8:10am. I waited  a long time before getting into the exam room. I sat there for 45 minutes before being seen. That was about 9:45 am so my total wait time was around 1hr 35 min. The care was fine but why make an appointment if it isn’t honored. The clinic opened at 8am and there were only a few people in the waiting room when I arrived on time.

I made an appointment for noon and didn’t leave out until 4:30ish. When the doctor arrived, it took less than 4 minutes to talk to me and check my lungs. They called my Rx to the wrong pharmacy. The entire experience from start to finish was awful!

My daughter’s face was covered with hives (bumps). Immediately scheduled an appointment with Urgent Care and surprisingly, we were back home in less than an hour. Dr. Morgan was very knowledgeable, great sense of humor, supportive, and educational. She is very good with children. I would recommend!

Went around 10:45 to AFC. When I got there I was asked if I made an appointment and I had not. I scanned the page and proceeded to fill out paperwork on the app. Once I filled out then next available appointment was at 12:40. I scheduled it and left and then came back at 12:24 as recommended. Got back and they had me pay a copay. I proceeded to sit in the waiting room for at least an hour past my appointment time. They called me back to talk to doctor in a triage room who proceeded to say that I needed to go to the ER and get a scan because of my symptoms. I guess they had not read my “why I was there” until then. Paid a copay for nothing and then hubby said that I shouldn’t have paid one anyway because secondary insurance should have covered the copay. Very frustrating!

My wife and was sick we were seen together which was very to me was unnecessary since there not people there in lobby I received shots my wife nothing very disappointed will not go back
