I was in so much pain when I arrived. The staff was great. No long wait. And NP Emily was great, professional and listened to my concerns too help me to feel better. Thank you so much.💪🥰🥰👍👍

Overall visit was great. Wait time after being placed in room was over two hours. It would have been less stressful if someone had informed me while I was waiting that the staff was slammed with challenges. I didn’t see anyone during that period of time in the room. It’s understandable as this is an urgent care facility. But, not having contact with anyone for that length of time was not pleasant. Dr. Morgan was excellent and so was the Nurse when they finally attended to me.

I've only been twice. The first time last year was professional all the way around. From the front desk, to the nurses and Dr. Morgan. Yesterday pretty much the same. The wait time was a little lengthy but not enough to complain. My medication was sent to a different pharmacy. I called and Tammy rectified the situation professionally and it was immediately changed. So at this present moment I can say I am pleased with AFC, The Grove. I would definitely recommend Dr. J. Morgan and I have been doing so since last year.

The nurse practitioner was outstanding! Her bed side manner was excellent.

Upon arriving there was no one at the desk. I waited 2 to 3 minutes before the receptionist came up.I left without being seen after waiting 45 minutes for a TB skin test with no one in the waiting room. I went to the front desk to inquire about the weight the receptionist called the nurse were nurses who's both came to the front and told her it was input as needing a room so that's why they were waiting. They then said they were drawing up the medicine and would get me back. I waited another five minutes and nothing. The receptionist then call back and they haven't even begin drawing up the test. I asked for a refund and left.

Kept getting skipped in line and received no care or timetable for when I could even get seen by a doctor after 2 1/2 hours.

Had considerable blood in my urine every time I went to the bathroom and felt terrible.  Got in quickly and got an antibiotic sent to my pharmacy immediately.  Stared showing significant signs of improvement within  24 hours and now am doing much better after 3 days.  Thank you!

Disaster after scheduling an appointment. Why did I do that?? Did not benefit me at all.  Maybe I should have walked in.  These AFC places either need to take appointments or take walk ins. But trying to do both is a complete joke!  I had an appointment at 3:20. Finally got called back at 5:30. UNACCEPTABLE.  Sad to see how many people just left.  Not this clinic’s fault as much as how clueless AFC corporate is.  Keep it up. You’ll bankrupt if all your locations operate like this one.

Waited a hour to be called for my shot!   I was told that I would have no wait time! Receptionist was curt!
