Scheduling is always a breeze! Was admitted 10mins after scheduled time.  Once I was back in the assessment room, it took 40 minutes for anyone to come check on me. One aide came in and left after stating “whoops, wrong room”.  I appreciated the thoroughness of the PA after being seen though.  Plan for at least 2.5hrs after appointment time.

Short on supplies but long on courtesy, friendliness, etc.  Had to return next day for semiannual bloodwork since they were out of supplies yesterday (end of month supply woes?)  Didn't wait a full minute for Tech to call me in.  Thanks y'all.

I could tell that I was getting a UTI and my regular doctor was closed for the weekend. I was able to schedule an appointment  immediately. The office staff was welcoming and efficient in getting me checked in. My nurse was kind and pleasant, also thorough. I spoke with the nurse practitioner once my tests were complete. She gave me my prescription and explained how I should care for myself. Everyone did a great job and provided me with excellent, timely assistance. Do not hesitate to go here if you need help!

Started having some drainage a few days ago. Today was worse. Decided to go ahead and get in before you went to my chest. Booked an appointment online, was in and out within 30 mins. Rx Sent to my pharmacy. Best visit ever!

Office does not keep patient notes. Problem was not resolved the first time and since they didn't keep notes after provided told me to call back and they took a week off, the other providers in the office had no idea what was going on and wanted to restart the whole process all over.

Terrible services. Heading to my primary care now.

Excellent experience. I was in Huntsville and needed care.  Everyone at the Whitesburg clinic was professional and super friendly.  The Dr.  very thorough.  I highly recommend this clinic.

Tested positive for Covid at home yesterday. Had a bad night of high fever. I was able to easily schedule an appointment this morning online, and as it was my first visit, I needed to fill out registration & upload insurance & ID cards. Everything went smoothly, and on arrival I called to make sure how to enter while having Covid. They treated me in caring manner, took my copay and got me back for vitals and to an exam room. A nurse practitioner came in to see me, did an exam, and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. She discussed my treatment and said I should contact my primary care provider tomorrow to keep them in the  loop. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. I felt well cared for, and would return if needing urgent care.

It took so long for me to be seen for such a simple reason, but other than that everything went well. I got the service I needed and everyone was friendly.
