Woke up during night having trouble breathing felt like I had walking pneumonia so I went first thing in morning

I was surprised that on a Monday, the only people in the place were staff. I arrived before my appointment, filled out the online forms. They were a little late, only mentioned that, because I was the only patient.  I saw a PA, who couldn’t offer any medical advice. Didn’t even take 5 minutes to google and make something up. Told all they could do is refer me to a specialist. Normal that would takes weeks, but as a veteran could take months. Not life threatening and I did some research and was looking for actual recommendations. So, even if google and AI recommend getting seen, I would count my visit as being seen. So think twice.  2 stars were only because the staff although not friendly, they were not completely dismissive.

What an excellent staff and medical nurses and doctor!  They are truly dedicated to their practice in care for others.

Walked in w/o appointment, with injured finger.  Arrived at opening; completed online paperwork, saw PA, had X-rays, and consultation for slight fracture - all in less than one hour.  Very positive experience, as these things go.

I was able to book the appointment quickly via text messaging system. The clinic was clean. However, my appoinment felt rushed. NP had poor bedside manners. My migraine and neck pain were not addressed.

I had to complete a Pre-employment drug screening and blood draw. I was able to schedule an appointment very easily online. The friendly young lady at the front desk checked me in quickly & explained what to expect for waiting. After a short wait I was called back. The gentleman who performed the tests was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He was very kind and professional. My total time spent at this appointment, including paper work was 30 minutes! I was very pleased with my experience at this facility!

Got what info I needed for my rash. Love nurse practitioner Berry. I forget her front name. My visit was great.

Scheduling from home in advance and completing paperwork from home, we’re both quick and easy. I saw the nurse practitioner quickly. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. My prescriptions were quickly sent to my pharmacy.
