I scheduled a 4:30 check in; arrived at 4:20 and was seen around 5:30. But…it was the fault of my insurance company and benefits. I was visiting out of state and insurance was denying the visit as ineligible. The front staff was wonderful at trying to talk with my insurance to get it straightened out. In the end, I just paid out of pocket so I could get into to the doctor. Everyone was great, showed compassion and care, and I got the treatment needed.

it was great until I went to pick up my prescriptions. I specifically told them walgreens becausey insurance will not cover Walmart. they sent to Walmart anyway and now I have to wait another hour. next time would be nice if they listened.

The overall visit was nice, quick and easy, but the nurse lady who took my bp and first information did not ask me the amount of questions supposed to, she assumed I wasn't pregnant, or had any surgery's or health updates, she didn't ask to update my medication chart which was outdated, and whenever I was explaining my symptoms she cut me off and was rude. Everyone else was fantastic.
