The madame at the concierge desk as well as the nurse were both very helpful and supportive.  Give them a raise! 👍😉

Checked in to treat sinus congestion and a cough. Staff was outstanding, process was very timely and I was on my way out with discharge paperwork within an hour. I certainly recommend this office for urgent care.

I had to wait about 40 min before being seen which wouldn’t have been bad but I was in so much pain.  The intake nurse was kind and helpful. The dr seemed rushed and didn’t ask a lot of questions. I found myself having to advocate for myself.

Extremely disappointing experience at American Family Urgent Care off Shields. The front desk was absent for over 30 minutes, during which patients were clearly waiting for assistance and the phone was ringing repeatedly with no one available to answer it, which was unprofessional and frustrating. When I was finally seen, the staff was rude and dismissive. I came in with one of the worst sinus infections I’ve ever had, and instead of providing appropriate treatment, I was offered cough syrup even after explaining that it would raise my blood pressure. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This visit was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy.

Had a pulled muscle in my back  They did x rays  And prescribed appropriate medication  Was very pleased with manner of treatment

Staff was nice and helpful.  They were short staffed but they were able to work with us.

The staff was moving extremely slow seemed to be only seeing one patient at a time. No one was in the parking lot but still had to wait almost a hour to get seen

Went in for pain in my thumb.  My visit was fast and easy. The NP was amazing!

Spent over $210 for 2 visits only to receive a piec

Was charged twice for a situation that could have been handled once. The doctor didn't try to give me comfort by making sure it was a ingrown hair or a bug bite nor did he try to resolve the situation in house but instead kept throwing prescriptions at me to be take. Made it seem he was just there for a check and not for the care of others
