I woke up with a kidney issue.  I go down to the clinic.  Greeted with so much kindness.  And considering I was a walk in, the wait wasn’t too bad. There were 8 people in front of me but they got me back quickly.  The staff were amazing.  Treated me so kindly.  What an amazing group of ladies and staff.  I’d rather go here than my own family doctor.  I highly recommend.

There were several available appointments before 9, but they do not open until 9 am. While waiting outside, someone had an appt after us, but hung out by the door and signed in first so he was seen first. I try to instill manners in our household so I was able to show how that was impolite to my son. The medical assistant was friendly to us. Our appt was at 8:30 am and we left at 10:15 am, but mostly due to not open until 9 am.  Recommend not posting appt times prior to opening.

THERE WAS NO VISIT. I BETTER NOT RECEIVE A BILL. I WENT ALL THE WAY THERE ONLY TO BE TURNED AWAY! I ASKED WHY WASN'T I CALLED, THE GIRL SITTING AT THE RECEPTION DESK STATED SHE TRIED TO CALL TWICE BUT THE CALL DIDN'T GO THROUGH! I HAVE EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGE AND IF NOTHING ELSE, THIS SYSTEM! THAT WAS/IS UNACCEPTABLE! THIS WAS MY 2ND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS URGENT CARE AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not recommending it ANYMORE!

I’ve been fighting a sore throat since Saturday. Coughing and sneezing to boot I walked in was able to see the doctor within 20 minutes and was out less than 20 minutes. Can’t get any better than that.
