I literally called before I came to make sure you all could help me and you said yes. I get there, PAY a copay, just to tell me you can’t help me and give me a prescription that isn’t covered by insurance. My time and money was wasted, don’t tell people you can see them and then offer them no solutions. Refer them elsewhere

Coming into Knoxville from out of state, I wasn't sure where I could go for urgent care but after searching the internet snd reading reviews, I chose American Family Care and it was the absolute right choice! The staff was very friendly and respectful and I was pleased with the care I received.
