Waited over two hours for a TB skin test that took all of 30 seconds to complete. Two weeks later, I get an email notifying me of an outstanding balance, even though I paid up front. The only quick or easy part of the process was having the test read, which happened through the glass at the reception desk. What should have been a simple and quick in and out visit was fairly miserable, and the billing error has ensured a continuation of the headache.  Never going back, and making sure others know about what happened.

Scheduling was ok but the amount of documentation was horrendous.  I do not like the fact that I won’t know how much the visit will cost for another 2 days! That is highly unusual and very inconvenient. Makes it hard to trust AFC. I guess I’ll find out, hopefully I won’t be shocked.

I was thankful that I found what my problem was. I received a prescription for it and went home. After three days of taking the medicine I am feeling better. Thanks

I don’t have sleep for a week due to my seasonal allergies. The Nurse practitioner took care of me and prescribed the medication I needed for my allergies. I booked online and only a few minutes wait and leave the office within 30 minutes and my medication already in my pharmacy. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommended this place.

I’ve been here to this urgent care before, and it is close to where I live is the main reason I go here. It seems like this location is understaffed, not cleaned very well, it needs some help. After the doctor ordered my steroid shot, it took them 30 minutes to come back in to give it, and would not have unless I said something. Also, I was not ask any other questions besides how I was feeling… Was not given a Covid test, and really needed more in-depth questions. Hope they get help!

I have had numerous positive experiences here in the past, so I am unsure whether the nurse practitioner that I saw today was simply having a difficult day or if this reflects her usual approach. However, I found her demeanor to be quite condescending, and her bedside manner was, at best, below expectations. While I do not claim to know everything, as a second-year medical student I am aware that if I had behaved in a similar manner during a graded patient encounter, it would have resulted in significant concern and likely a formal review with faculty. During this visit, I felt that I was spoken to in a dismissive and patronizing manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable and discouraging. I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard or appropriately considered, and at times I felt discouraged from seeking care altogether. I fully respect that providers may have differing clinical opinions and approaches. However, I believe all patients deserve to be treated with respect, clear communication, and a supportive bedside manner. This experience fell short of those expectations and suggests an opportunity to reinforce the importance of patient-centered care.

Check in with my phone took longer than it would have if the receptionist would have done it. But NP was thorough, and I would recommend
