Was able to schedule appointment easily online but then had to wait almost 2 hours. The nurse and physician were very nice and apologized for the wait. Maybe a change in how appointments are booked? Also waiting room chairs badly need to be replaced!

Scheduling the appointment was easy. However, I had to wait for almost an hour and a half once I got there. No antibiotics were prescribed and I am still congested, with a cough that keeps me up at night and it’s been 11 days since I have been there. I wasted my time going to your office. I would never recommend this provider for anyone.

I fell off a ladder and hurt my back and elbow. Went there because they do X-rays. Checking in was easy but waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and never saw a doctor. The staff couldn’t believe it and I ended up leaving without any help. Going to a real clinic tomorrow.

Woke up with a really bad cough. Did a walk-in was able to get in pretty quick and had great service. Only complaint is the next day. I tried to call because the cough is still so bad and after calling for two hours, I kept hitting the option to leave a voicemail and it would just keep ringing it wouldn’t let you leave a voicemail and no one would answer
