Staff was very friendly and it was so easy to get in to be seen quickly! I have been so sick for a month but feel a lot better just 24 hours after being treated!

I didn’t had appointment, just walking. And signed up as new patient. The care I received from American Family, was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The front desk and entire team are friendly, they are professional and me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Head , to me is one of the greatest doctor I ever met. Thanks and I do recommend everyone 💐🙏

I appreciate the staff and the attention they give you to get the help you need. Takes a bit long to fill out everything to begin with, I feel I do the same thing over and over again. Scheduling was easy and check in as well. Staff were nice specially Dr. Head. I had a little trouble with front desk personnel because he didn’t understand that I was there for annual wellness check up and my insurance covers 100% no copayment. I had to call my insurance to make sure. When I called to schedule my annual check up, I did not know this place is an urgent care so they are not very familiar with regular family physician visits. I’m used to seeing family physician annually for my check up and they do tests to make sure everything is okay but here was a little different for me. I think it’s an urgent care so you have to be sick to go there and that’s what they’re used to. I only gave blood sample and that’s because I told them I have some vitamin deficiencies. No urine sample was taken. I might go here for urgent care if needed but not for annual wellness check up.

Nurses or medical staff must be sure the person called is the correct one. Also I had to returned when I noticed it was given the papers with the prescription belongs to other patient, that could be a violation of personal information (HIPA). The doctor really care of his patients.

All standard for a health clinic. Will help with whatever.
