Scheduling seemed to take a long time but overall great

I went to this urgent care in a vulnerable state, afraid of the symptoms I was having and have never been treated this badly in a medical office. Dr. Burton hadn’t checked me in any way before dismissing me and suggesting I pick a medicine to come off of without knowing my medical histories. I cried when I got in my car from how uncomfortable she made me. One day later I saw an ENT who correctly diagnosed me and now my symptoms are gone. This visit was a waste of my time and money.

Very smooth registration to obtain a time to arrive. Staff caring & kind. Dr very knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the nurse practitioner told me that I was talking over her when all I was trying to clarify what she wanted me to do. My brain was foggy enough. She also prescribed medication that I’m already prescribed and take every morning.

Went in this morning with some real pain. Staff was friendly and kind. I received prompt treatment. Most of all, medical personnel listened to me. Such a rare thing nowadays. I would definitely highly recommend AFC.

Scheduling was easy. I did it online while at work. I checked in online, very convenient. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. They checked my vitals, had me in a room and checked me out thoroughly and I was never unattended more than 3-5 minutes. Great service! Thank you!

I frequent AFC. I woke up not feeling well. Scheduled an appointment arrived and went to the front desk to check in. I was brushed off by the front office attendant, she said, “OK we got you.” I also asked the question how many people are in front of me. The response was, “ I don’t know. I can’t see that.” I initially thought this was odd because as I said, before I frequent  AFC. After sitting in the office for close to an hour past my appointment time, I went back to the front desk to ask where I was in the order because my appointment had passed an hour ago, and several people that came in after me have came and gone. Only to find out I was never checked in. My copayment was taken, and I was assured I would be next. I was deeply disappointed in the service that I received by the administration.

This was not a good experience for the first time and will not be back . Not one person is friendly in this office . The front staff doesn't even smile . They said the online check in and app is not working ignore this . Had an 830 apt and didnt even get me checked in tell 20 minutes after I had arrived . They don't seem to know how to use the computers. Asked for a school note and took the lady 10 min to figure that out . Dr we saw clearly hates her job and didn't care to listen to my daughter and spent 2 min with her . Went in for ear ache and then checked one ear not both . Then had to call multiple times to get prescription even sent . It was a mess and would not recommend .

Horrible wait, appointment at 9am, over 1 hour to get seen. My roomate was there for a walk-in and got in and out in 30 minutes. Another hour to take a 5 minute physical. Staff super friendly and overworked. Blame goes to corporate greed since don't want to staff properly.

The only problem I have when I come there is that they will ask you how much you weigh and have a scale right there instead of telling you to get on the scale so they can weigh you and have a accurate number they ask you how much do you weigh and I think that is really crazy why do you have a scale there if you’re not going to weigh the Patient
