Waited extremely long once I got seen the lady checked me ear and put drops in it and never came back so I left

I went to AFC Malden for a DOT physical w/o an appointment and the NP who was authorized to perform them had the day off so I rescheduled for another day. I came back then I was informed that my company also requested a drug test and I was informed the staff member was not there to perform the test and scheduled my test at the Saugus AFC. So in a nut shell AFC was not fully staffed for my needs but were very helpful in fulfilling my needs with a little run around.

Nothing was resolved from this visit. Was told to go see a specialist which I did. So I waisted my time coming here and I believe charging me $75 for NOTHING is ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience at American Family Care in Malden! I came in with significant hearing loss in my right ear caused by an earwax blockage. The medical staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. They quickly identified the problem and successfully removed the blockage. What a relief to be able to hear clearly again! The entire visit was smooth and efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout the process. The facility was clean and welcoming. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend this urgent care center!

This is the first time I’ve been to an urgent care facility so had no idea what to expect. The visit was pleasant enough. This location did not have the equipment needed to diagnose my condition so I was referred to a hospital emergency room. I understand urgent care facilities serve a purpose. In my case not much was done there but it was a pleasant experience nonetheless.

The PA on duty was exceptional I would recommend your services with highly qualified staff it’s a no brainer.

Booked an appointment and received a confirmation text for a 9:30am appointment! Filled out all the paperwork at arrival, only to sit there for an hour to find out, THEY DID NOT HAVE ME IN THE SYSTEM!! Then I received a text message telling me that the visit was complete! What an absolute let down!! Terrible management and will NEVER step foot in that place again!

Waited almost 2 hours to be seen even though I had an appointment. It seems like the appointment is simply to let the staff know how many patients are coming in, rather than actually being seen at the said time. All the walk ins that were there before me were all seen first.
