Woke up with a severe sore throat, they did a rapid test and gave me meds to treat strep! Staff was very friendly :)

Got sent here for an injury wasn’t sure I’d be ok with the service as I’ve been to other afc’s and haven’t gotten the best care, HOWEVER at Malden’s Afc the Entire staff and my care was phenomenal! quick and easy  check in  with staff at the front desk and super friendly. My MA and NP had the best attitude on life by the way the carried themselves through out my visit. They Smiled was kind helped and  gave me all the info and referrals i needed and made sure I was good to go. I’m very pleased with my service and will return for any urgent care needs this place is the place to go!!!! Tara the NP loved her personality and quickness and shoutout to Alka she gave me such great service even though the waiting room looked like a grocery store before a storm she didn’t treat me like a number she showed there’s still hope in healthcare workers tha actually care for their patients thank you to all the ladies!

I had poison ivy and just didn’t think I had the patience to sit around. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Everything was fantastic. The people could not have been nicer.

Staff was very friendly overall. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I was not let in until over an hour later and after I had reminded staff of my place in line. The scheduling system does not appear to reflect or align with the realities of existing or walk in appointments. The restroom was also not as clean as I would have expected in a medical office.

It was a walk-in but the wait time was terrible. After taking my vitals, the provider took an eternity to see me.

I had been to the emergency room, and was there for 5 hours in obvious excruciating pain with a dental infection with my face very swollen the day before. I was not given anything for the pain and just laid in the bed in tears for hours even after them saying they were going to discharge me and send me with a list of dentists and an antibiotic, another hour I say with nothing so I left Upon booking my appointment with AFC online, it was all very easy and straight forward. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the front desk who was very helpful with helping me with my insurance information. there were a few people a head of me in line, so there was a little bit of a wait, but once I was in a room and seen by the doctor I was told that she was the only doctor on today which is why it took so long. She was very helpful and seemed very concerned, and knew I was in pain so she gave me something for the pain and even let me sleep for hour to let the meds kick in. While she helped her next patient. She also prescribed me antibiotics and ibuprofen for the pain. Overall had a great visit with AFC and would highly recommend them to friends and family

I had an appointment and it still took me almost 45 minutes to be called. Then waited about 30 minutes before I asked how long it will take for the provider to see me for I had another appointment to get to. not soon after that the provider stepped and if she examined me a total of 5 minutes, I was lucky. She prescribed an antibiotic and I was done. Why make an appointment when the last time I was there was as a walk-in and got seen in a lessor time. More providers need to be on hand not just one.

Booked an appointment online and was able to be seen within 30 minutes. Tara was very friendly and did a great job helping resolve my splinter issue and keeping me calm with my fear of needles! I've already recommended her to friends and family and will definitely return for any future urgent care needs.
