My appointment was very good  No problems at all  Just a few minutes  The provider s was very helpful  Absolutely i recommend this provider

Was real easy setting up an appointment on line for my mother. The front service  staff was friendly, helpful, and professional !!! The nurse who assisted my mother and the doctor were fantastic.

Awful, horrible bedside manner from doctor.  I felt WORSE leaving.  I won’t be back.  If I’m charged more I’ll dispute it.  What a know it all.  Like I don’t know my own body!!  Never even touched me. Spent 7 minutes in the room telling me how he went to medical school and I didn’t - after waiting 25 to see (with an appt) and 20 more for discharge.  I am tempted to reach out to licensing board honestly.  I would absolutely not recommend this provider.

woke up this morning with a pain in my right arm i was so painful and my arm was hurting so bad i went to the agent care i didn’t have any appointments for today but they take me They did everything for me I recommended to go there They staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

Waited over an hour to see a doctor who was in and out in a matter of a couple minutes. He clearly did not have time for me or my questions, and made me feel immediately dismissed and unheard. He was literally moving to the door, actively trying to walk away, while I was trying to ask about an issue. Will never be going here again.

Providers were rude and humiliating and did not care for my pain or discomfort. I waited 40 minutes in a room to be told I can’t be helped because they didn’t find me in their system. And then they told me they never told me that. Said I was told to undress into a gown when that never was said and I was not provided one. I was told the gauze I was there to have removed from a packed wound wasn’t there, then it was pulled out and when I reacted to the pain I was asked with sarcasm and surprise if it hurt. Given an ace bandage to wrap an open and draining abscess. Wasn’t wrapped on the wound, half of the open wound was not covered by new gauze or the bandage. Provider was rude and had zero empathy. Front desk did not know how to look up my insurance and made up a random amount for a co pay. “We will either bill you more or reimburse you”. The unnamed and unexplained bonus person in the room with me offered me a tissue while I was trembling and crying, which was the only kindness I received. I do not know who this stranger was. She never spoke. Maybe a student? I wasn’t informed.

Great care by professional nurse practitioner, it was worth the wait time

The medical care was good once I was seen, but I was disappointed with the wait time. I scheduled a specific check-in time online and still waited about an hour. This made the appointment system feel misleading, and I think the process or communication around timing needs improvement.

Staff was very thorough with all my concerns. Double checked everything and more. Left the office feeling I got help and all my health concerns addressed.
