Been fighting a cold/virus. Didn’t know what it was went to in Marlborough, ma. Finally got a  diagnosis.  Dr was very nice, clear with instructions, gave me detailed instructions on my discharge, good bedside manner, friendly, kind,  check-in personnel were very kind. I Didn’t know how to use the apps on the phone.  They both helped me fill out paperwork before visits.  The nurses were very kind.  Wish there was the technician for the x-ray room.  I I could’ve used the x-ray but now I have to wait.  I would recommend this place for sure.

ThisARC Urgent Care is amazing. They took me in early, we're kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and are just nice people. I've gone to this practice many times for everything from the flu, to sinus infections. I can't more highly recommend this practice.

Had a walk in because my hand was swollen.  They took good care of me and calmed my nerves.

Walked in at lunch time to have something checked out. There was a line but I was allowed after registering (which wasn’t bad at all) to go back to work where they would text me when one person was in front of me. As I had mentioned to them I was just 5 mins away.  Vicki at the front desk was the best! Very friendly and knew her job well. The Doctor was very good as well. Friendly and willing to answer any questions.  I’m glad I registered at this Urgent Care.

Came in for a flu shot  Excellent care Staff was pleasant and the wait time minimal  I recommend this urgent care facility

All of the above,  needed medicinal assistance and AFC in Marlborough Mass was wonderful.  Thank You for making the journey back home a success.

Booked a very last minute appointment, I felt bad for the staff because it was not an easy issue to deal with it. But once again Dr. Tardiff and her staff were there to help us out and make sure that everything was going smoothly. Even though we were the very last patients they didn’t make us feel rushed or anything like that it was the totally opposite, 10/10 for everyone that helped my son tonight!!!

I had back pain for two days after fall. I was walk in no appt. Secretary and staff welcoming! Doctor Tardiff excellent experienced physician.

The receptionist had no idea what she was doing! An appointment that should have taken us 10 minutes took us over an hour because of her incompetency.

Great staff made everything easy also everyone was friendly and very very helpful
