Nurse practitioner that I spoke with (she had Russian accent was great). The assistant that took my vitals not such good bedside manners. Rushed and not very pleasant. Same with the receptionist. But service was quick and professional. Definitely felt the NP took the time to understand my issue.

Scheduling was an easy task. I downloaded the app. I uploaded my insurance. Everything was good to go.  I checked in on the app. It was a breeze. The staff was absolutely amazing. The nurse practitioner I saw listened to me and I hope we are working on some answers. She was very understanding compassionate and took the time to hear me. I did not feel like I was brushed off or that my problems didn’t matter.  Thank you!! I would definitely recommend!! 💜

recently visited the American Family Care walk-in clinic in Meridianville, Al for a developing infection after having a cyst removed from my back, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the entire check-in process easy and put me at ease right away. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my infection. She answered all of my questions, helped me understand the next steps in my treatment, and made sure I felt informed and confident before I left. I truly wish she had a practice of her own because I would gladly become one of her patients. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic to anyone in need of prompt, professional, and compassionate medical care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding service!

I was having difficulty breathing due to fluid in my chest. Gave me breathing treatment and steroid injection. Feel so much better. The staff was so very kind.

Had some issues but I can’t get sample back because of being out of town. Will be next day. Only wait time issue is on my end. They were great!! Will drop off tomorrow evening.

Did not have an appointment but I was able to walk-in and be seen in a very short time around 10 minutes. The receptionist was so friendly and helped me to register using their iPad. The doctor and nurse were so nice and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this location. They make me feel like family. The whole staff is awesome. The doctor treat you with respect and is a caring person. Yes I would absolutely recommend this provider.
