Scheduled an appointment because I saw imaging was available at that location. Upon arrival we were never told there wasn't a tech available that could do any imaging. The NP did recommended we go to the ER (which we did).  That way we would definitely get any imaging/scans the ER doctor felt to be necessary

Ease of scheduling an appointment was easy, wait time at clinic was approximately 30 min due to amount of persons ahead of me. Medical staff was very efficient and thoughtful.

Scheduled appointment on line.  Wait time was very minimal on arrival at the clinic .  Staff was courteous and caring.   The total time in the clinic was less than 45 minutes.

Had an allergic reaction to a couple bee stings. Everyone was very nice and I was seen and treated quickly.

The front desk clerk was very rude, in the Beginning of it. Because I had checked in online the day prior, for my appointment, I had no idea I still had to hit the "Check in" button throught the QR code. Rather than just explaining that to me, she refused to help me any further, until I figured it out for myself. The staff in the back was kind and matter-of-fact, and did their jobs. The front desk clerk did change her tune, once I had hit the "Check-in" button through the QR code. The waiting are, office, and work areas were all very clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom.

Was in and out. Very thankful because my back was hurting and I did not want to sit for too long.

I was a walk in, and I do have to wait long.  Every one was very professional, and thorough.  I will consider using them again if needed.  I would recommend them to others.

Walked in for annual physical therapy. Fast service, great care.

Woke up yesterday morning with continued cough, congestion, my daughter took me into urgent care  made my appointment and was taken back by a friendly little nurse and the physician assistant I believe and I’m sorry I forgot her name came in. Had me do chest x-rays. Long story short I have pneumonia, gave me some meds. Very friendly listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend.

Wait time was an hour and a half even with an appointment scheduled. I had to pick up forms the following day and stood at the unattended front desk for over 10 minutes before someone showed up. The office was empty. I kept saying “hello” loudly and no one responded. When 2 employees finally walked past the window in the back and saw me, there was zero acknowledgment. NP was great. Staff not so much.
