Woke up yesterday morning with continued cough, congestion, my daughter took me into urgent care  made my appointment and was taken back by a friendly little nurse and the physician assistant I believe and I’m sorry I forgot her name came in. Had me do chest x-rays. Long story short I have pneumonia, gave me some meds. Very friendly listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend.

Wait time was an hour and a half even with an appointment scheduled. I had to pick up forms the following day and stood at the unattended front desk for over 10 minutes before someone showed up. The office was empty. I kept saying “hello” loudly and no one responded. When 2 employees finally walked past the window in the back and saw me, there was zero acknowledgment. NP was great. Staff not so much.

Easy to schedule appointments on line, fast check in, great staff and N.P. Julie is awesome, the clinic as a whole provides fantastic patient care.  I’ve used them for several years and will continue using them for years to come.

Literally made an appointment, showed up on time, and still sat in the waiting room for over an HOUR. Not to mention everywhere online said “no wait,” which was clearly a lie.  Then I paid a copay I shouldn’t even owe because I’ve already met my out-of-pocket from my surgery, but at this point my throat hurts so bad I didn’t even care. I just wanted to be seen and hopefully get some relief. Finally, after an hour and some change, they call me back. The girl says, “Okay, you go right here,” and walks away. Y’all… SHE PUT ME IN ANOTHER WAITING ROOM. So I waited another 10 minutes and finally decided I can be miserable at my own house. Walked right back out and asked for my money back because WHY. What is the point of making an appointment if I’m still going to sit there forever with absolutely ZERO communication about what’s going on?! At least tell me you’re running behind so I can decide if I want to sit there dying dramatically or go be dramatic in the comfort of my own bed.

Made an appointment the morning of and was seen fairly quickly. The staff is so sweet and the doctor is great.

Made an appointment to see the doctor for sinus problems. They did covid test it come back negative and then the doctor said I still had covid gave me an inhaler and sent me on my way. So I found this a little weird so I went to my family doctor I ended up with a ear and sinus infection plus bronchitis. So basically not very good quality of care don't recommend.

My daughter and I haven’t been feeling the best. So at 10pm I decided to schedule us appointments- they had availability for first thing the next morning. The front desk, nurse and physician are always so friendly and very thorough.

Easy to schedule an appointment, fast check in in person or on line, AWESOME STAFF with great care.
