When the NP came in she immediately said it was allergy season and my issue was allergies. Even after telling her people in my family have RSV. She barely checked me and just kept saying allergies. She was quick but I definitely felt like she didn’t even care about my symptoms because she had already decided it was allergies.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had seeing a provider at this location. I went in for an infection that I’ve had for six weeks only to be prescribed the exact same medication, only in powder form this time when the previous medication treatment a cream, powder and oral medication did nothing. Now here I am stuck paying a co-pay and did not get anywhere with my treatment. Despite me saying the medication regiment that I’ve been on has not done anything. I should be able to get a refund back for the service that was not provided.
