I came in , I left work around 10 a.m. was feeling bad. Aching with body aches, maybe the worst I have experience. I had to wait along time before I was seen. Finally got in the medical assistant was rude with an attitude. Saying things it just body ache you never had that before? I did not appreciate her smart attitude especially in my pain. I feel that she could have been more understanding.

I had a very positive experience at American Family Care. The entire visit was quick, efficient, professional, and thorough. Before choosing AFC, I contacted several urgent care facilities to inquire about services for women’s health concerns. Unfortunately, those conversations left me feeling somewhat confused and unsure where to seek care. I’m glad I ultimately chose AFC. From the beginning, I was treated with kindness and respect. I initially felt a little uncomfortable discussing my concerns, but the nurse practitioner was incredibly reassuring, patient, and knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain what was happening, answered my questions, and provided clear, thorough instructions for treatment and follow-up. The wait time was minimal, the process was seamless, and I was in and out without feeling rushed or overlooked. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, compassion, and efficiency of the staff. What could have been an uncomfortable experience turned out to be a very pleasant one. Thank you, AFC, for making me feel heard, respected, and well cared for! Highly recommended

Follow up on an infection. Had to have it lanced. Excellent care was given.

Very easy to schedule and appt. Wait time with only one person in front of us was way too long!

Easy to book. However, the bot that told me the “available” appts was on EASTERN TIME!! Very disconcerting to discover upon receipt of confirmation, that the appt was 3:40. CENTRAL TIME. THAT should be corrected ASAP.  THE door handle into the BP etc area is filthy. Didn’t notice the inside door handle. I would guess it’s dirty AND hasn’t been sanitized in ages…if at all. I think the door itself into the facility was also dirty. Didn’t notice that door handle, but guessing it needs cleaning as well all the door itself!  Inside and out should be sanitized frequently

Very long wait time despite having an appointment.

Only thing taking blood she did not change her gloves before proceeding she needs change gloves thanks

Staff was excellent was able to help me get in the system and register. Laura Clarke was very pleasant, easy to talk with. I was in and out and in a very short time frame, she was very professional.

I had been sick for at least seven days and progressively getting worse. I knew something needed to be done right away. I made an appointment and was seen in one hour. From the front desk  to the nurse assistant/nurse to the caregiver quality of care was excellent. I was listening to questioned. They were very thorough, very detailed. Treatment began before I even left the office, and I was given detailed information on diagnosis, treatment and follow up. I am a retired medical professional. Would highly recommend.

Very fast and quick.. very polite staff. Check in no attitude in and out Jean was the best I was very ill
