Woke up with an irritated eye. Walked in to AFC and was seen by the best NP . She explained everything as she examined my eyes and explained so I could understand.I would definitely recommend this Np.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful,thorough and very professional. She is the type of person that a person wish that they could deal with when they have to come into a doctor office .Thanks very much Mrs.Frazier.

The front desk staff and PA were very friendly. It was a bit frustrating that I couldn’t get my presenting problem assessed very well, but I also understand that it requires more specialized treatment. I primarily wanted to leave a review bc I had a very bad experience with the nurse on staff today. She was unfriendly, appeared frustrated when I was trying to explain my timeline of symptoms, provided no eye contact, and blatantly expressed judgment through an eye roll when I provided an answer to one of her questions. My level of anxiety and embarrassment increased greatly during and after my interaction with her—which was a big shift bc I felt very taken care of and calm when interacting with the front desk staff beforehand.

I woke up Monday morning struggling with stomach pains and other issues. I drove to the clinic and was blessed with amazing service and help the doctor was fantastic she listened and recommended things to do. 10/10 love the doctor she’s the best!

I was there for a workplace injury, which can involve complicated paperwork. Unfortunately, my employer did not give me everything I needed before coming to AFC, but Ericka at the front desk made phone calls on my behalf so that I could be seen. She knew the process and took care of me, being completely professional and patient through it all. I then saw Lori Watson CRNP for my care, who I cannot praise enough. She is experienced, approachable, and knows how to get things done. I’ve seen her twice, and each time I see her, I feel better and I get better.

I waited nearly 3hrs to get seen. Just an overall annoying experience
