Everything was perfect; the front desk all the way to the back!

Overall, experience was excellent from check-in to discharge and everyone was polite and prompt. Kayla and the doctor offered the best patient care.

Woke up with a sore throat and chest tightness. Booked online and arrived on schedule. Service was a bit slower than usual, took at least an hour before being called back; however once in a room things went quickly and smooth. Checked for CSF and all tests were negative. prescriptions given. A day later, I'm much improved. Facility highly recommended.

Paid out of pocket but much better quality of care than I would get at the ER. Dr and staff were amazing. Service was fast once we got in the exam room. I would absolutely recommend this place for emergency to mild care.

I had a painful abscess that needed to be drained. I had considered a dermatology visit but realize it would take too long. I selected AFC because it was close by, I was able to schedule a visit online, as well as check-in. Those conveniences are very important when seeking professional care. The staff were wonderful and very professional. The provider took him into consideration my fear of needles has he prepared to do my procedure. This is my go to place when I need urgent care.

Pretty good experience. Staff was awesome and kind. The staff was the best part about it. Place did smell like urine when I first entered.

Daughter wasn’t feeling well..I  was able to conveniently check her in and do all of the paperwork electronically, while dad took her to be seen.. She was in and out, along with a visit to the pharmacist to get meds and back home  all within an hour!! Totally Awesome!! Oh, and by the way.. this was done on a Sunday, which makes it even more AWESOME!!! Thx much👍🏾

Ms Shipman did an excellent job. I had to wait for a chest X-ray and then for the results to be received. She kept assuring me that they haven’t forgotten me as well as what they were waiting on. She also found me a blanket since the room was so cold.

The stafff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They all were so helpful and made the experience awesome.

I have a UTF and booked the appointment next day and got easily. Facility , doctor, nurse, front desk and whole team is so caring. Found the root cause and provided antibiotics quickly. Thank you all so much!!
