I wasn’t feeling well I had a cough and my nose is running ended up finding out that I have the flu. Glad to be feeling better

Very nice office and the Dr was really caring and cute. The bathroom was the cleanest I have seen.

I found the check-in very difficult, even though I consider myself proficient in use of computer and have graduate degrees from a major university. It was necessary to obtain assistance from the nice young lady at the desk to complete check-in. One of my doctors uses similar technology for the check-in process and it is much simpler to utilize. I did not phone ahead to make an appointment, but the wait time was not a problem. The staff were proficient and professional, although I had some concern that there was not a doctor on site. This has been the situation the past two times we have used this facility.Fortunately, my needs were met and I was well attended. I will return when and if I have need of an urgent care facility again.

Wasn’t able to see the physician. I was a my schedule appointment on time.After I checked in I had to sit for over an hour. While I was waiting to be called 3 other people were called back before me and they came in after I did. I left without being seen.

They were very kind and swift with their service. The weight time was minimal and the level of concern was top tier.

I had an injury to my rib. The pain was severe so I decided to go to the Taylor Crossing center and was very pleased with the service provided to me. No long wait and the staff were all very kind, polite and helpful. I will certainly recommend American Family Care Taylor Crossing.

Scheduling—made online appt.  Easy; but it seemed it didn’t save any time. Appeared walking were see as I was—based on when you walked in.  Check in—all on line. Straightforward.  Staff friendly amd professional.  Care—adequate
