Woke up this morning body was aching. The receptionists and the cna that takes the blood pressure was rude to the highest level ! She didn’t tell me what my blood pressure level was, just put me in a room and closed the door. Maybe they should consider another profession if they do not like their job.

It makes me so mad to come to this office and have two people in the waiting room and have to wait two hours before my diagnosis. It really infuriates me. I feel that there is no oversight or time management and no one actually cares. The service was fine, but there’s just no need for a two hour delay with a handful of people there.

Walked in and taken within a few minutes. Brianna Brown took my vitals. She was, throughout, very professional and sensitive to my limitations. Dr Lee Aldrich was very attentive, informative, and made, what I believe, to be a spot on diagnosis and treatment. By later that day I was feeling better. Thanks to all.

So showed up at 10am didn't leave till 1248. No sense of urgency and several people came in after I did and were seen and discharged while I was prioritized last. Would not recommend this place at all.

Went for an acute issue. Nurse practitioner Nadia Rawls came in for less than 5 minutes said I’m referring you to someone else and to call that doctor in the morning. I called that doctor and he doesn’t even see kids. I called AFC back to get referral sent somewhere else and they said I had to either wait 3 more days until the nurse comes back or come back in to see the provider on duty and pay another copay.

I arrived for a visit. I checked in . I placed in a room about 25 minutes later  by a nurse . She took vital and asked questions. The nurse was not given all the information that I provided to the receptionist. After taking my vitals I was informed that she would have to give me a COVID and glue test .  I again let the nurse know I was having problems with my ears, my body is cold and aching , I was coughing and nose running . She took the test and never came back . I stayed in that room and hour . Then I get a test message about two prescriptions and I could leave. No one came to explain or tell me what was wrong. That is very unprofessional and rude .  I will never recommend this place to anyone. This is not how you treat someone who has come to get help .
