I woke up with pain from kidney stones. I went to AFC since they were close by and received good service and care. The waiting area and bathroom were in need of cleaning. Paper on the floor and dust were visible throughout the waiting room. The waiting area needs to be refreshed and cleaned thoroughly. This is a medical facility and cleanliness should be a top priority. Bathroom needs a good cleaning.

I injured my knee And I checked in at AFC the facility was clean, the nurses was so sweet and let not forget about the Doctors he knew exactly what to do he took good care of my knee injury

Everything was really good except for listening to one of the employees trying to get bail for someone in jail, personal matters should not be handled where patients can hear

came in and felt like i wasn't fully cared for and taken seriously.

Scheduling and wait time was great. “Talking” to the phone scheduler was difficult. I tried three times to say I was coming in for a cough and finally changed it to a cold since it wouldn’t recognize cough.

Had a low grade fever of 100 degrees the night before the visit.  Check-in was excellent; the receptionist used data from last visit.  The receptionist was so sweet to us!  Received help from the nurse previously seen.  She was great.  The doctor was understanding and very supportive.  He described the problem observed by results of testing and recommended a prescription for treatment.  We were out of there in at least 35 minutes. Look forward to returning if needed by any of our immediate family members.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his advice. The front desk and staff were friendly, too.

The complete staff from the receptionists, nurse, and Doctor were awesome. I have already recommended some friends and coworkers.

Was outstanding . The staff and doctor knew how to treat the patients. I’m very great full.

First! I expected to wait much longer than I had to. The staff was friendly and talked to you like a human, not just another patient. Wait time in room, was much less than I expected. Prescriptions were called in for me. I waited less than 15 mins to have them. ( COSTCO PHARMACY IS AWESOME! ). THE only thing I really noticed! Their equipment is getting old! I mean chairs, examine bed, things like that! They need replacement in my opinion. So!? 4 stars
