Service was fast but was also told to find a general practitioner because they don’t have the time to properly treat me. Got an extra on my shoulder I think I tore my rotator cuff lots of pain and loss of function in my arm and that was last Thursday. I still have no results from the radiologist and every day I call and I’m told to call back later or they will call me back but they never call. I used my insurance and paid my deductible and at this point I’m not getting what I paid for. Better to pay 500 and go to the ER than this because what good is an xray on a damaged body part if you never get the results and told what you need to do to get it fixed.
