1. Having to register using my own phone is annoying  2. The lobby had an unused vomit bag and paper towels left in the seating area 3. The technician TOLD me she was going to swab me for flu/covid as she was opening the kit. I said I didn’t think I needed that. We went back and forth briefly before she said “if you don’t want it, fine,” and walked out. Her tone was not pleasant.  4. The NP came in to see me with some kind of attitude. When I told her I felt like she had a problem with me, she said, “I don’t have a problem with you baby, but you keep asking the same question in a different way.” I did not appreciate being called “baby”, or being belittled that way. I’m a grown woman who had questions about the NP’s (lack of) diagnosis and suggested treatment.  I will not be back

The check-in was quick and easy. The staff and the doctor care was excellent but my wait time was a bit longer than expected. I would still recommend going to see them for care because they were concerned about my issue and took time with me.

Had been treating a cold for about 4 days with over the counter products without any relief. Went online to schedule an appointment which was easy for someone who is not tech savvy! Arrived at my appointment & was seen n a timely manner! The entire staff was quite professional & courteous! I was seen & treated & I am extremely pleased with the care I received.

Woke up feeling beyond yucky but was able to quickly schedule an appointment.  Was called to the back about ten minutes after my appointment time and on my way home quickly.

AFC Eastchase is a friendly and professional environment and the check in is easy. Their nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the care I received. By far this a very good urgent care facility. I have recommended this facility to others in the past and they were also pleased with the service.

Front desk staff said she didn't know what the monitor for patients waiting meant. I deduced little footsteps next to initials meant "walk ins" and initials next to a "chart" meant appointments. After waiting for 1 hour after my appointment, I left. This location DID NOT SOLV antything!!! I was also told my copay would be reimbursed!

Checking in is so difficult for seniors   Find some way to assist them. Other than that. It was a wonderful experience

Been feeling bad for 2 weeks finally got myself checked out the staff was extremely nice the wait time wasn't long I will be visiting in the future as the need arises

Everything was excellent!!! The nurse and the nurse practitioner were super good!!!

Went to Urgent Care this morning after dealing with cough, cold, congestion, sore throat and headache for the past two weeks.  Check in was relatively easy. Called back in 15 minutes or so. Seen by associate staff within 10 minutes. Seen by provider around an hour or so.  Overall I was satisfied with my visit. Staff were very friendly, listened and helpful. Location was clean and waiting room had adequate space and chairs. The one positive thing I noticed about the waiting room were boxes of Kleenex tissues available for use. The biggest concern  / recommendation I have, is to make masks available in the lobby. Especially during this cough/cold season. No one wants to be near a coughing person, especially if they’re not wearing a mask!
