I would never go to this place again they never helped me out ridiculous

Wait time was too long. Didn’t like the required self registration.

Last two times I went in for nausea, the same male doctor attended to me. He is rude, rushed me out and told me there is nothing he can do for me. Two other women I know have gone through the same experience with him. He doesn’t make eye contact or care about the patient at all. Always seems annoyed and frustrated. I will no longer be coming to this location.

Needed to get my scar looked at, so quick and easy, staff was super friendly and professional, waited 5 minutes, doctor came in after a few minutes, diagnosed the problem, sent my meds to pharmacy, done! I will definitely come here moving forward!

I wrote a review already. Really don’t want to relive that day for the way I was treated.

The two times I went here with my daughter was fabulous. The staff is amazing so kind and friendly they talk to u not down at u. Erika helped me fix my scheduling mistake and she was so kind about it. I definitely will always recommend AFC to all my friends and family.

The entire experience from top to bottom was what I would expect from McDonald’s of healthcare. The CNA is working the front desk as well as the RN who came in to provide approximately 1/3 of the vitals needed to diagnose my condition both reeked of cigarettes. Furthermore, not only do they not have the medical supplies needed to actually perform the procedure that they recommended (literally cotton), they recommended I go to another urgent care to see if they have the supplies all the while trying to bill my insurance as a primary care visit instead of an urgent care.. they didn’t even take my temperature before prescribing antibiotics…

I just went in for a drug test and the girl I saw was nice so none of this is on or should effect her but the wait time was absolutely ridiculous when I was just peeing in a cup I should have been in an out but I wasn't an had to sit and wait for about 20 minutes an it would have been longer if I didn't walk up to the desk an ask them because the nice young woman I saw told me she'd take me in a minute but the other woman a bit older didn't give me any information just told me to scan a QR code an go sit down

Always pleased with the care I get and the kindness of the staff.  When you don’t feel well, it’s great to have people who are sensitive to what you are feeling.  I was very happy with the care and concern I received. 5 stars!!
