Always a wonderful experience there! People are truly pleasant and very helpful. I walked in. I did not have an appointment. The weight was not long at all. I have my antibiotics and are doing OK. Love to see the new chairs in the lobby!!!

Scheduled an appointment through the Solv app and the procedure steps are easy and I set up a time and signed and I received appointment confirmation. I received a reminder text and confirmed I was keeping the scheduled appointment. I am a repeat patient and have had always a great experience and their professional support is excellent.

Had an appointment for pre employment testing. The first time I attempted to schedule the appointment, I found out that there isn’t a person certified to perform the testing I needed during all open hours at the facility. When I was able to go when there was someone certified, I waited over an hour to be called back to get my fit test done. During my wait, I was told I had to wear the N-95 respirator (needed a fit test) while waiting in the lobby, for over an hour! In the drug screen and fit test room, I noticed a urine specimen from a previous patient still on the counter. The room/office was not very clean. The staff person was friendly and nice but never sanitized his hands nor did he explain the drug screen urine collection process to me. Fortunately, I have done this frequently so know the process well. He didn’t secure my belongings while I was in the bathroom room either. I just left them on the chair outside the bathroom.  Then I was taken to an examination room for a blood draw for a TB quantifiron test and the room had not been turned over from the previous patient. There was smeared dry blood on the floor and the girl who drew my blood did not wash her hands before or after the draw. I noticed she did lab the tube with my blood immediately either. The whole process was extremely lacks and I didn’t have confidence in the facility or its staff.  Before leaving, I had to ask if they needed any additional information from and if I could have my verification copy of the drug screen collection for my employer. I would not recommend this facility.

My only complaint about this location is that they don’t seem to update their appointments when they’re understaffed. So, making an appointment here will either go very smoothly, or you’ll wait an hour beyond your appointment time. I’d rather come the next day then hang out forever in the waiting room, would love the opportunity to choose that instead of not knowing what I’m getting into!

Went paid my co payment.only for the NP to tell me he couldn't HELP ME......

Went in for my hand that was accidentally hurt in a door. Doctor or nurse put wrong medical terminology for hand, instead wrote the term for foot which caused confusion at St.Lukes where I was sent out for an Xray
