PA Daigle was an excellent physician, demonstrating thoroughness and genuine concern by dedicating time to listen and fully comprehend my health issues. Her compassionate approach, complemented by her extensive experience, was apparent. Although I dislike being unwell, I would not hesitate to seek her care again should the need arise, and I would gladly return to her.

Schedule an appointment for my daughter Sunday morning. Was seen in a timely manner, super friendly staff and the PA was great. Addressed our concerns thoroughly

Called to schedule a return visit because the first visit and medication didn’t improve my condition. I was very sick with a sinus infection. The lady who answered the phone set my appointment without telling me that the waiting room was loaded with people who had been waiting for an hour already. When I got there I waited an hour and 50 minutes to be taken into the exam room. And that was with an appointment. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes before the doctor came in. The nurse said everything was behind bc the doctor had to attend a mandatory meeting that lasted an hour. I told her that the ladies who answer the phones should be honest about the current wait time, she said they are required to book every ten minutes. That’s really poor customer service all around.

The staff at the office were all fantastic! These 3 ladies were so kind and caring with my 10y/o son! Great urgent care experience! The AI when I called with questions before scheduling seemed very helpful, however gave us some misinformation and should have realized my questions required talking to an actual person in that office setting for that day. Next time I have questions I will keep requesting a real person until I get to speak with one.

Wait time was pretty bad. Our appointment was 1:20 but said to be there at 1:05, o w checked in at 1:07 and didn’t get called back until 2:30.  Staff was super nice, zero complaints about anyone there. Lady at check in was very kind, nurse that brought us back was super helpful and patient. NP we saw was very knowledgeable, zero judgement and open to options and talking through treatment plans. Conversations with all staff felt genuine which has not been the same at other urgent cares in the past. Besides the long wait time I would definitely recommend this place.

Remote check-in was great! Everyone was very kind and helpful. ARNP was up-to-date on medications and reactions- adverse reactions - which was very helpful.
