I arrived Monday morning for a week long vacay.   Some how in the few days ahead, I apparently came in contact with an allergen and broke out all over my body.  It was very uncomfortable and itchy.  I decided to go to American family care urgent care after looking them up online and I received the best of care by the entire staff.   Thank you Dr. Bilbo!! Great bedside manner, perfect diagnosis, and prognosis!!  Already feeling better after 8 hours!! I thoroughly recommend this group for you vacay ailments!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

There was used floss on the floor at triage. The provider didn’t even wanna look under his bandage.

I have used many urgent and / or occupational care facilities in my life. This one was top notch on service, friendliness, and ease of use.

Went in with sore throat and right eye infection. Sent me med for coughing and never had a caught and nasal spray never said anything about nasal problems. They told me they were sending in eye drops and throat spray. Didn't send either one. So now on my way to another doctor. Hopefully they will do it give me whatever I need.

I am so grateful that they were open on Saturday. I hate that everything is online, but the staff at the desk was somewhat friendly, but the nurse that took my vitals was very nice and so was the doctor/NP that I saw. It took more time to check me in than the actual medical procedures

This office takes appointments - you do it online. You get seen before walk-ins since you have an appointment. Definitely recommend this office!

Prescription provided was a duplicate of current medication which signals lack of attention to detail or competence. Concerning lack of intake and symptom review. Paid out of packet almost $100  for copay, duplicative medicine and follow up visit elsewhere. Dangerous symptoms of over 102 fever continued after visit. Would not recommend. Requesting refund.

Doctor was so kind. We came in basically at closing but he was great with my toddler. She was upset so he showed her pictures of his dog and even did a check on her teddy bear first. I really appreciated the extra effort he made to make a little girl smile.

I got sun poisoning (it happened once before) and the old doctor wrote me a prescription for herpes. I told him I didn’t have that, I needed a steroid. He blew me off and refused to alter the prescription. I went to a nearby clinic. They listened to me, gave me the steroids I needed, and I promptly recovered. They said they often get patients who leave AFC and come to them.

Schedule an appointment for my mom to be seen in the office for possible UTI. They were very quick very thorough. Very kind. Medications were called in very promptly excellence service.
