Had a UTI and  a nice lady at Waffle House told me y’all were right down the road by Walmart. As soon as I walked in the girl at the front desk smiled and asked how she could help me. The check in process went very smoothly and just had a short wait before the nurse brought me back and took my history. After giving a sample,the PA offered me a specimen hat to help me out and I must say everyone was helpful and very nice and polite. Very good experience and if ever we need a walk in clinic we will come here while visiting PCB. Thank you very much

I hate the text forms and find it uncomprehensible that instead of handing insurance cards to someone to slip through a cardreader we're expected to sit on the floor in reception and individually photograph each side if each of 3 cards and both sides of our ID. Whose idiotic idea was thos?? The Dr was very helpful. I wiah i was warned the prescribed tiny eardrop bottle was $100 and insurance only covered a generic.

I needed a steroid shot and had never been before! My coworkers had recommended this urgent care for ease of scheduling and wait time. However, I unfortunately was there for approximately an hour and a half and they were not very busy.? The staff was all very helpful and very friendly.. I felt better the next morning so was def worth it!
