Injured a finger while on vacation. Arrived at location and was quickly sent to the back after very simple paperwork was completed. Staff was super friendly and quickly had my finger fixed up. Highly recommend this location in Pell City. Can’t thank them enough!!!!!

Scheduling and check in was very easy and simple, my son (11mo) loved the staff and the care was excellent. Will definitely keep going to this facility!

Was given the wrong medicine had to go to after hours to get a shot and new medication

I came in and the nurse was very busy, She said she would come back to swab me for Covid and flu. She didn’t get a chance to do so before the doctor came in and told me my swabs were negative which was a lie because I had not been swabbed. The doctor then proceeds to get argumentative with me after I asked to get a steroid shot to help me feel better. I do not recommend Kimberly Smith and I will not be back.

Great experience. I am new to the area and was feeling crappy. Everyone was super nice and professional. In and out just like I like it. Especially when you feel bad.

2 hours sitting in waiting room 20 minutes waiting for a simple steroid shot  LPN minimum check and conversation… Front desk friendly and responsive

Booking was easy, didn’t wait long to be seen but once in the room to be seen had to listen to one of the nurses social media sessions for about 3-5 minutes that was a consistent f this f that. Definitely don’t want young kids around that. Very tacky and I don’t feel like that’s the place to be blasting your social media scrolling to all the patients.

I was I rushed out of there by the physician she didn’t give me anything for my symptoms. Her bedside manner was trash. I’m sick and I’m dealing with a lot and the least she could’ve done was been kind. I would not recommend this provider.

I made an appointment online for 2:30. When I got there, there was nobody working the front. I was the only person in line and checked in with the qr code. Soon after I got there an elderly man came in who wasn’t tech savvy and couldn’t check in on his phone, so he had to wait for someone to finally come to the window, once she got him checked in he got called before me when I was there well before him. My baby was getting frustrated while all this was happening. By the time I got called back it had been over an hour. By the time I was seen it had been almost 2 hours. For something that she was literally in the room with me for 2 minutes about!! Everyone was nice but that is just ridiculous! All I needed was some antibiotics and it took me over 2 hours to get them when there was nobody in line ahead of me!

I have been dealing with issues all week. One day I’m feeling like I’m getting better then the next day I’m feeling bad again. I got up this morning and booked me an appointment on line and checked in when I got here and it wasn’t long I was carried back. The Dr came in and checked me out not long of a wait and then got chest xray. Will be on my way soon.
