EXTREMELY LONG WAITS in both the outer wait area and after I was dropped off in the exam room. Left in the exam room alone for over 30 minutes with no one checking on me. Is this normal protocol?

Walk in appointment, check in was easy, and office staff helpful and friendly. Nurse or Phy Assistant was friendly and helpful. Physician - Brief 2 to 3 min conversation from the doorway of the room. Mentioned possible causes for my pain, to include possible hernia. She asked a couple of questions, explained all the bad things that could happen if I did have a hernia, then prescribed antibiotics, and never examined me. I left more worried about the possibility of the hernia.
