Dr. Robin provided outstanding care. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to listen carefully. I really appreciated her clear explanations and her timeliness. If I’m sick again, I’d choose to see her again without hesitation.

Went in, letting them know that I have been vomiting and and had diarrhea as well all night they took me back to a room listen to my heart. I explained to them that I work at living facility with older residence. Wanted to make sure that I was good to be around them with the storm coming up and trying to get better, they didn’t test me for anything just gave me something for nausea and told me to go. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would not recommend this provider.

I went in for sinus infection, while sitting in the waiting room, it was another patient sitting behind me with no mask, coughing and spreading germs. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t take this person and put them in a room away from everyone else ended up happening three days later I ended up with that same coughing fit now I’m to the point where my voice is gone. I was not happy to see that. Or to deal with it, they should’ve removed that person or make them mask up

It was extremely easy to schedule (just select a time) and the check-in on the phone. There was about an hour wait before being seen by the NursePractioner. But once seen, I was in and out in about 15 min. Very efficient and competent staff.

Dr. Robin was superb and very thorough treating my cut finger. I was very pleased with her treatment process up to and including the dressing method --very satisfied. I was apprehensive visiting this urgent care facility for first time, but now look forward to whenever the next visit is necessary i certainly would recommend Ms. Robin based on my initial visit.

Waited a hour with appt Paid $190 to be told to go to health department that would be free.   Health department is NOT FREE!

Came in as a walk in, have been here a few times, today was pretty busy so i had to wait a few hours. The staff are always so friendly. The front desk guy is so warm and kind, he is great at his job, it’s not a wonder why he’s been there for so long. I pay out of pocket due to no insurance but this place is always worth the price.
