I had a sore throat and was able to book an appointment, but the visit was a waste of my money and time because the nurse practitioner did not prescribe me anything. She just told me to get over the counter products. Why would I need to waste my time and money going to urgent care if they are not treating me with medication.

Checked for the flu and strep but did not do a chest X-ray even though I had coughing and sinus issues. Gave me antibiotics and sent me home. I eventually had to go see my regular doctor on Monday to get a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia and found it was a viral infection that antibiotics can not cure.

Would not recommend. Wasted two hours for nothing. I came in with a sore throat headache congestion etc. Was not offered antibiotics or something to help other than advising to by something off the shelf.  I felt like my illness condition and concern was not met with a resolution or care. I continue to have unpleasant experiences at this facility and have reached a limit. Horrible service and neglect. Would not recommend

Scheduling and check in were very easy and quick. The entire staff treated me with a smile and they were very courteous and professional. I was there for a DOT physical but the level of care was so much more then just doing paperwork, They actually cared.
