I booked an appointment for 10:50 and arrived early.  Went to window to ck in to be sure insurance was in order.   I was charged a copay which i never pay.   Sat in waiting a long while then seen in the back.  Waited a long time finally left at 1:00 pm.  I know they were very busy, but i thought having an appointment would have decreased waiting.

I went in with UTI, they took me in right on my appointment time, was able to leave my urine right away. NP was awesome, I was prescribed meds & On my way 25 minutes later!!!

I walked in at 4:15 (didn't have time to schedule an appointment) with a sore throat. There were quite a few people in the waiting area. Got checked in quickly. The staff were all friendly. Once I was swabbed, it took a while for the doc to get with me, but she was very friendly. Left about 5:55 with a prescription. I'm satisfied. I'll go back again if sick on a weekend. 👍😊

The reception and nursing staff were very nice. The nurse practitioner could have cared less about really listening to me or pretty much truly looking or listening to me. Now I remember why I don’t use this place ever. To be sick and have to get out only to be treated like whatever just take a few Advil and ride it out really is upsetting

Mashed. The end of my finger requiring 5 stitches. Everyone was professional and courteous. Cost was a lot less than expected.

Took a lomg time. Staff was nice. I may use them again I. The future.

A bug flew into my ear and I couldn’t get it out. The staff made me feel at ease and was able to remove a moth from my ear. This made a bad morning much better.

I want to commend the team at AFC for the outstanding service I received from them! I went to a different urgent care facility the day before, and had a horrible experience. I’m thankful that AFC is leaps and bounds better. Everyone was professional and courteous, they all were wonderful! I will be using this AFC from now on!

Nothing “Urgent” about the care I received here. Waited an hour and a half in the lobby. Got called back did the BP/ temp/whatever and then sat in a room for another 30 minutes. Doctor came in talked to me for less than one minute and said I needed to go to the ER.  This location is severely understaffed for the amount of patients it gets. The wait times are long and the employees are overworked. I feel they would have a better demeanor and patient care would improve if they had more help. It was close to closing time and they were completely packed. I get it. It’s not fun for them. But people are showing up there because they need help. You guys can do better. Start by staffing this location appropriately.

Terrible! Nurse practitioner needs more training on how to care for patients and how to communicate with patients . Was sent home  with no paperwork, no diagnosis and numerous other things ! Will never go back! Had to follow up with my personal dr and was not contacted back with my chest X-rays results which I had to call several times and left messages to even get in touch with staff .
