I had a bad case of poison ivy- went to the site made an appt and waited one minute they took me right in and gave me two prescriptions. Everyone was super nice.

I had a great experience here while completing my DOT physical for my employer. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and supportive, which made what can sometimes be a stressful process much easier. The clinic was organized, and the team took the time to answer my questions and guide me through each step. I truly appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a DOT physical or occupational health services. Thank you for making the process so smooth!

My family always gets quality care when we come to this urgent care. Very easy to make an appointment. The staff is always so friendly.

Scheduling is very easy and staff friendly.  I  was disappointed in the wait time to see the PA. I was told there was an emergency and apologized for the delay.  I would have appreciated someone letting me know while I sat in exam room for 40 min.

Appointment went very well. I'm still healing and will return if not totally resolved. I went in as a walk-in. No appointment. PA was very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff initially spoke to me in English, and I was expected to read lips. However, she quickly adapted and communicated by writing back and forth as I requested. With the nurses, I did not have a positive experience with the first nurse, and it had a significant impact on the rest of my visit. I could not fully focus on my health concerns because I did not feel safe or comfortable. However, the second nurse and the provider did their best to make things right. Additionally, the website was not clear about the type of services provided. The second nurse emphasized that this facility is only for urgent care, but the website suggests otherwise.

I was grateful that I was able to be seen. They were all very good and the PA called in prescriptions for me. I would recommend this provider!

I came in s/p a knee injury and requested XR since the pain has progressed in the past two weeks. My knee is still painful, popping, and was given no resolution or medication. I feel like I paid a copay for nothing and need to figure out what to do now.
