I walked in 1st thing in the morning. The receptionist had afew questions.I completed medical paperwork on my mobile phone. The waiting room was full however patients were moving right along. It didn't take long before I was seen. The PA did a full examination and medicine was prescribed plus a referral to see a surgeon. Great experience. I'm from out of state and would highly recommend this facility.

person at front desk bordered on being rude. both bathrooms were filthy. nurse and doctor both were the best part. lots to improve upon!

I went for a fire department physical this morning as I do every year at AFC Rocky Hill. The MA, Markel Porras did an excellent job of performing all my tests with proficiency and was friendly and compassionate. Also, Mellisa Davis is a true asset to that location and runs the clinic with kindness and efficiency.  She is always a pleasure to talk with.

I received great care and attention. I thank the entire staff!

Walked in with ear ache, was taken in right away and got seen by an excellent Dr who found the issue right away and got me on the right medication

I was able to get treatment in under 15 minutes. I didn't realize that my insurance company gave me the wrong card. That probably took 5 minutes.

Had a bad rash and hives for 3 days. Finally decided to get looked at. Did a walk-in on a Sunday and was seen immediately. Very professional and comprehensive. Asked a lot of questions to determine the source of my problem. Prescription given and was doing much better 23 hours later.  Very happy with my visit.

Staff was exceptional every one was very nice well mannered and high spirited ... i went got pre-employment but wouldnt mind going back as my primary urgent care office

Made an appointment early morning at 910 am, arrived at 850 am, and was taken in at 900 am. Staff was quick and efficient. Was completed by 945 am.
