Everyone is always polite, caring, respectful and well educated. The clinic is very well set at a convenient location with good size parking lot. This clinic compared to others is well equipped. I just hope that in the future they open overnight too it will be very handy for those people like me that work late shifts or with overnight minor emergencies. Thank you all for your service.

What an incredible team at this location! The 2 women at the desk were so friendly and polite. I imagine their jobs are extremely frustrating, but you would never know by their welcoming demeanor and smiles. The doctor was patient, understanding, and never rushed me. Even the woman who took my vitals was efficient and kind. This is my new spot when needing help. Thank you all!

I went in for a toe paronychia and had a really great experience. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. They explained everything clearly, treated the issue quickly, and made sure I knew how to care for it at home. I felt genuinely cared for and not rushed at all. Definitely recommend if you need prompt and compassionate care.

I injured my back this morning later in the afternoon. I went online to schedule an appointment and I was able to get in today and they prescribed a prescription for me. This staff is very polite.

The check in process is annoying since you have to scan a QR code and fill in everything yourself which is more stressful when you are sick. The nurses that saw me were kind and knowledgeable.

I ended up going to urgent care worried about my eye (blood vessel popped), headache, some lightheadedness, and a massive amount of anxiety. Unfortunately, I did not remember names but the girl checking me in was lovely along with the provider I saw. However, my nurse was not as friendly and I did not care for her. Overall, my experience was decent. My anxiety was lessened and was not made it feel silly over the anxiety I was having.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. My first time using urgent care and I was very pleased.
