Friendly and efficient staff very clean offices good size, parking lot

Went to the clinic and in a blink of an eye I was done...

It was easy scheduling,however even with an appointment I waited almost an hour to be seen. I paid another$25 copay on top of the $ 50 I paid 2 days ago . This was a follow up due my continuing pain which is why it was urgent in the first place. Comments from some staff was insensitive and I felt brushed off and rushed. I only went because I felt an urgent need for care. There was no urgency of compassion or service from your staff, however the emergency room was not an option for me so I settled. No I would not!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The Dr was thorough and helpful. He took great care of me.

Made an appointment, didn’t see anyone till 1 hour after my appointment time. Dr. talked to me for maybe 3 minutes in total, wouldn’t let me get a word out, completely dismissed me the entire time. Made it a point to tell me that they were supposed to close 30 minutes ago and pointed to his watch while I spoke. Tested me for strep which him and I both knew I didn’t have, then sent me out the door diagnosed with a tonsil stone (I don’t have a tonsil stone)

I was under the impression that I was booking an appointment for the Boston rd office but unfortunately booked it for Sumner Ave. My appointment was supposed to be for 5:20 with a check in time of 5:05. When I checked in to the Boston Rd location I was told that although I booked for the other location they would still see me for my appointment time of 5:20, although the waitlist reflects my appointment time for 6:20. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I was seen at 6:20. The person that did the swabs for Covid/flu strep seemed in a hurry. I feel anxious with certain exams and I feel like I was being rushed and not allowed to mentally prepare for the strep swab. I feel that she was a bit rough as well. She was however polite. After waiting for results for about another 40 min or so, I saw the Nurse practitioner for maybe 5 minutes. She shared my results with me as well as the meds she would be prescribing. The Nurse Practitioner was professional and answered all of my questions. She also apologized for the long wait. Overall I would recommend this provider.

I didn't have an appointment and their other location was fully booked, the front desk attendant, Clarissa was nice enough to guide me to their other location which only had 3 people the were assisting. I went to the other location and was seen quickly. The staff at both locations were extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly! Thank You for an excellent visit!

I was experiencing a dermatitis flare up with redness and itching all over my face. I was easily able to make a morning g appt on a Sunday and was seen as soon as I arrived. Level of care was outstanding.

My first time going to this urgent care I was in tremendous pain the staff was superb the receptionist very nice . The place is very nice and clean very organized staff there. My wait time was superb very quickly in taking care of me. The doctor was superb! I was in and out my medical needs were taken care of in professional way, I definitely would return to this urgent care if needed in the future. This visit here was definitely a plus 10 ! I will highly recommend to my friends and family! Thank You All for the attentive and superb care!!! ♥️
