Came in with a possible knee injury. Made my appointment online with ease. Checked in, seen, X-rays and discharged all within an hour. Staff was very kind and proficient.

It was urgent that I sought medical attention knowing something was wrong with my hip, and with the thought of going to the ER and having a wait only God knows how long before I'm even called I decided to go to afc Solv, the medical Attention was absolutely Professional and didn't take long at all before I was seen by their Medical Staff was very attentive to my needs and health, before long I was given X-rays only to find out I was suffering from a fracture hip, they took good care of me , provided me with all the necessary information and documents for my personal insurance and my PCP before I knew it I was already scheduled for New England Orthopedic, got all the Medications to make the rest of my day without any worries or complications. I scheduled an appointment that day.  The wait time was at least an hour after scheduled time.  It was very busy!  Staff were all great! The  bathroom  cleanliness was 5 stars!! I was most impressed.   Other than a longer expected wait time, I would give an overall rating of 5!  I would recommend this provider.

Why do you have appointments when you don’t take people in a timely manner? The provider missed a cellulitis on my arm. How is that possible? Prescribing a steroid burst for my problem was simply not the answer and if I did start it would have been a real problem for me.

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, front desk staff were friendly, intake was quick, and the provider addressed my issue thoroughly and professionally.

Went for an itchy bumps on my fingers and was told I have some sort of Herpetic Whitlow. My symptoms did not match the symptoms of herpes on the hands which inly affects one or two fingers vs the whole hand and palm. Practitioner wasn’t listening well and seemed set on a diagnosis that wasn’t applicable considering my symptoms. It was contact dermatitis. Very dismissive staff members that seemed to be more concerned with getting people out of the office than giving quality care.
