I decided to go to urgent care because my ear has felt blocked for a week and lightheadedness. The online scheduling was very good  The staff were very friendly. however I still had to wait. I was there 11-1/2 hrs  which is way too long to wait. I thought they forgot me in the room with the door closed.I guess they’re short staffed. The doctor was nice but didn’t really offer much information about my ear and constant phlegm.  I feel it was a waste of my morning. & won’t go there again.  I really never write a negative feedback but this was a little bit too much wait.  Hopefully, they’ll get more MDs

Even though I scheduled a visit, probably three hours in advance, I still had to wait 55 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I was told by the receptionist that the x-ray machine was not available at that facility, but if needed after I was seen, I could go to their closest clinic for an x-ray. Probably should’ve just had me go there anyway as it looked like I would’ve possibly needed to make two visits to two clinics. I did end up having to go to the other clinic, and I was told they would be alerted that the appointment was being transferred to them. When I arrived, the receptionist had no idea of my appearing and I assume I was considered a walk in at that point. I didn’t end up waiting very long before I got a phone call that forced me to leave before I got my x-ray done. If I had to give any criticism, for a booked appointment that they know an x-ray may be needed, tell the patient to go to the next closest clinic. It was less than 10 minutes away and I probably would’ve been seen quicker than the 55 minutes it took at the original location. As it stands, I may have to go back to the original location if they’re x-ray machine is operable, which could’ve been avoided if I had just gone to the second location from the start.

I had a swollen ankle and it was very painful. I did not have any kind of accident but I thank the practitioner for taking time to provide a thorough exam an for providing good customer service. To treat the swelling and ankle pain

My husband had a sudden onset of severe rt sided abdominal pain. We arrived about 4pm. Everyone was very friendly and professional . He was seen a short time later and was eventually sent to Baystate by ambulance. I would certainly use this facility again and recommend it to family and friends.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Lab work was quick. The nurse was helpful.

AFC I really recommend and encourage the Community to use this Urgent care facility the Scheduling was very easy to do on the website. Check in was very fast and staff was very professional and very caring and compassionate. I will definitely use this service again.
