All in all, not totally satisfied. Came in with an elbow injury from a fall. Waited over an hour to get seen only to at that point be told the radiology equipment was not available. I should have been told that from the get go so I could have gone somewhere else. Was told to get X-rays at baystate in the morning and they would get back to me as soon as they were received. Radiologist sent them by 10. Never received a call. Finally called at 1:30 to check only to be told no one could read them????  Was told a would get a call shortly. Never received a call. So basically you received payment for nothing. I don’t even have a diagnosis   I’ll be hitting Yelp.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I called to ask a simple question and it was answered.keep up the good work.

Great the staff was great. The front staff and the nurse practicer and the hears everybody. Pizza party for them or burrito party for them Please and thank you corperate

Visited for an upper respiratory infection and possible sinus infection. Truthfully, I felt dismissed. The prescription that was prescribed was not filled. I was hoping for an antibiotic, which I did not receive. Not impressed with the physician.

I haven’t been to an urgent care in probably 25 years. Didn’t know you can make an appointment so was pretty upset when people who came in after me were seen before me. I wouldn’t hesitate to return…of course I’ll make an appointment 😂

The wait time was atrocious. Only one provider on. There were approx 17 people needing to be seen. This is unacceptable no ,I will not recommend this clinic

Waited over 3 hours for my appointment. What is the point of an appointment if you are still taking hours to see a patient. Staff had time to be on their phones talking and eating. They had meals and snacks throughout the whole entire time I was there. It is sad that the nurse practitioner felt so embarrassed and bad about the wait and asked to please leave a review to improve service. Treat patients like you would like to be treated not fair I waited almost 4 hours to be seen for less than 2 minutes.

The nurse practitioner did a great job removing my glass slivers. Definitely saved me a trip to the hospital.
