Any time that I have needed urgent care, this is my clinic of choice. The staff is great. The doctors have great bedside manner. I’ve never experienced crazy long wait times. Any prescriptions that I need are called into the pharmacy by the time I reach the parking lot. Overall just a positive experience.

This is the first time I've been to a clinic. I was surprised at how easy it was and how convenient.

I had an amazing visit! Everybody on staff was extremely helpful and polite. I actually left the building smiling and someone said to me somebody had a good visit. I said that they were amazing to me.

Twisted my knee getting on the escalator at Bradley Field Airport. Felt a slight snap and worked with it since we were getting ready to board the plane.  After a 7 day cruise it is still swollen and keeps clicking. I would highly recommend American Family Care. Torrington Ct.

I hadn’t felt well for several days , I walked in without an appointment , the staff was friendly and Doctor Monterio  was knowledgeable, and kind , he also took his time to explain why he was ordering certain medications . I would definitely recommend this provider .

I cut my finger while pruning bushes and because I couldn’t get the bleeding to stop, I went to AFC as a walk-in.  It was my first experience at this urgent care.  There was a short wait before the very friendly receptionist checked me in.  I was treated by Becky and Fellipe, the PA.  They were both absolutely wonderful - professional, caring, enjoyable to talk with, and took the time to explain how they were going to treat the wound.  They gave me clear instructions as to how to change the dressing at home and provided me with the necessary materials.  I was extremely impressed the whole experience and highly recommend this urgent care.

Was dealing with a UTI and needed medical attention. Went online and made an appointment and was able to be seen by a physician within an hour. It was the end of day and I really wasn't sure how long I would have to wait and was pleasantly surprised that wait time was extremely short. Staff is always very helpful and pleasant to deal with- doctors there are knowledgeable and always helpful! I would highly recommend AFC over anywhere else in town.
