I have to be candid. I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t have to wait long. That’s generally not the case in these neogjborhood med centers. When you’re sick and not feeling well, you want relief right away. The staff was friendly and go it done. Thank you!!!! I feel much better today and on the way to recovery!

Thought my ear drum ruptured so I went to the dr and she looked at my ears and told me I had an inner ear infection prescribed me some antibiotics and told me if it was better in 3 days call her and we would get in touch with an ent she was wonderful

The NP was wonderful. Very friendly and seemed knowledgable. However, the front desk girls and the woman taking my vitals were between unfriendly and just rude. The girls at the desk never spoke to me. I had to check in with a QR code on their window. The woman takung my vitals acted like my being there was a complete bother to her.

I scheduled my visit online. Check in was easy, I was back within 5-10 minutes. Testing was done, including trays, and I was in and out within an hour. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions I had. I've had bad experiences here several years ago, but the people here now are excellent. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit if needed.
