Maybe one time there will be an appointment kept on time, adequate amount of staff, and the walls will be clean. Plus, what smells like old feminine products?

Have poison ivy so very easy to make an appointment. Check was very easy and took to a room promptly where I waited 50 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner. She was excellent but the wait was horrible even after making an appointment prior to arrival at facility.

Scheduling was very easy. I was able to do everything online including the check-in and all my paperwork. When I did walk in, it's not the warmest person in the world at the reception desk. I felt like I was interrupting something or maybe she was overwhelmed. That happens. Honestly, that seems to be a common theme in this part of the country. You go into a Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks and it's like "why are you here requiring things of me while I'm trying to work?"  All of the other staff including the MA and the APRN were absolutely fantastic. Both of them were extremely friendly.  The APRN was so kind and informative and talked to me like I was the only patient there in the building that day. She made some suggestions to follow up with my primary care doctor and I told her "I don't have one, can I come back here?"  I will be more than happy to make this facility my go to doctors office.  No one necessarily thinks doctors appointments are fun but overall this was as pleasant of an experience as you could possibly have at a doctor's office. Nice job!!

As usual, the care I get at this facility is always excellent and it was excellent yesterday. I am very impressed with the follow up I have received, just in case I needed more care.  I feel better cared for at your facility than I do at my doctors office because they never have time for me at the time that I need care right then there.  Thank you for being there.

I had to bring my son in for immunization for school. The lady at the front desk seemed like she needed back up as she was dealing with multiple people, my services was delayed because it. Other than that the staff was nice and we was able to get what was needed done. I would recommend this provider.

I couldn’t have asked for any better service Everyone was kind, efficient and went out of the way to address my illness.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
