I had a test for a sore throat, but a week has passed and I still haven’t received any results.

I scheduled the day before. My appointment was 9:10. I arrived ten minutes before. Was out by 40 minutes after.

Made my appointment online for nerve issue. I will sing quickly, and I was in and out within a short period of time. That what I needed very convenient, friendly and knowledgeable

I had a bad headache with coughing and body aches.  I was able to schedule an appointment right away.  Nice staffs and clean office.  I would definitely recommend to others.

The doctor seem to be way to busy to really hear my issues and also really didn’t seem to care much either. Felt like I was not important or my situation is not serious

I made an online appointment. After I arrived I waited less than 10 minutes. The staff were quick to assess my concerns. Shortly after the Doctor did a recheck and sent a prescription to the local pharmacy. In two days I feel better.

The staff that I worked with was very professional and answered all questions that I had thoroughly and thoughtfully.  I appreciated his advice and the medications he prescribed me for my specific situation.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Listened to my concerns and made sure I understood recommended actions.

I wasted my time filling out a form today to get the vaccine, only to arrive at the site and be told that I had to pay for it. Why didn’t you inform me that my insurance didn’t cover the vaccine? That way, I wouldn’t have wasted my time providing my information. The coordination is terrible, and the service is very poor. My appointment was for 3:30- I was feeling really ill decided to get check scheduled an appointment quickly, and got there. I did have to wait about 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When called, the nurses voice was kind, but her quality of care wasn’t. She walked into the room after checking my vitals, saw that there wasn’t any tissue paper for the bed, and told me to just have a seat on the chair, the doctor will be in shortly. I specifically put in my symptoms that my body ached, so not being able to lay down was disappointing and upsetting, after 40 minutes, I asked her Politely how much longer for the doctor to come in she looked back at her computer and responded to me, that I’m the next patient he will see. I go back in the room. And wait an additional 7 minutes or so. Doctor comes  in- kind and great Doc! He wants me to sit on the bed but I told him the nurse noticed the tissue paper was done and didn’t put any, then I mentioned that I was sitting on a hard, broken chair for the last 40+ minutes, and I was not happy. He did make her come in and put the roll of tissue paper on the bed. He did apologize to me, checked me out quickly and then I was finally out of there. My initial thought was this has been the worst visit I’ve ever experienced here.  For insight on the chair: it had a wooden back rest, that was wobbly when I sat back on it, eventually two bolts fell off of it and I put them on the table and told the doctor about it so no one else sits there and gets hurt.  Thank You
