The physicians assistant was great.  She was professional and friendly.   The check in was okay not too bad.  They were very busy so the wait time was a bit long but not horrible

Easy scheduling, great staff, in and out in less than an hour. Meds were ready in my preferred pharmacy.

The front desk in training was extremely rude . I walked in , her head was down , I’m sure she heard and saw me . If I did not greet her she would not have lifted her head to say anything . I told her the issue and before I could finish she goes “oh I would wait for her to come back because I’m just in training “ whether you’re in training or not greeting someone is common decency along with letting me know someone will be right with me . Her demeanor was completely off and unacceptable especially dealing with people in a doctors office. Everyone else was great.

I walked in without a scheduled appointment in the afternoon. I came in with a piece of cotton wool in my left ear.  It took me a little bit of rough time to register again despite my previous visits to Urgent Care. But the staff were good to help or assist me in completing this registration in a little timely manner.  Overall, the entire staff were very courteous, compassionate, and make their patients including comfortable while realizing the urgency of care their patients are hoping for in order to get well immediately.  The medical care that I received is very good. The provider is very good. I felt that I had a very good provider on duty.  Keep up the excellent care. God bless.

It's easy to book but once I arrived, I found out I had to pay $90 because they "don't accept Medicaid -Husky A" for a sports physical. Waited for an hour just to be seen by the doctor in 3 minutes. The front desk was as warm and hospitable as a working robot. Good for "quick" resolution to get this physical done if your usual doctor has a long wait for appts. I'd recommend a different urgent care . Not this one.

I scheduled an appt for 9:30 am. I was not called to the back until 10:40 and then told I still had 2 people in front of me before I would be seen by the dr. This is ridiculous. What is the point of an appointment if you have to wait so long. It’s bs, I had to end up leaving because I had another appointment so I didn’t get seen at all! Never ever going here again.

Went o to AFC for a UTI front desk staff very helpful. APRN was very clear and adept. The bathroom.needed addressing as far as cleanliness toilet tank cover should be repaired also should have a metal covered garbage can as I didn't want to see wipes used from previous patient. Also toilet tissue was near end should have replacement in bathroom. Otherwise my care was great

They had me pay to be seen then told me they couldn’t see me at that location les than 5 minutes later now I’m here waiting days for a refund that shouldn’t even have to be issued if they just looked at the reason why I was there first instead of having me pay…

Woke up with pain in my right side and decided I needed to see the doctor, I did a walk in and got registered immediately. I was a great visit I would recommend anyone to go there .
