Patient needed to do UTI test and get treated. Even though we booked first appt, were there early, were the only ones there, we still had to wait half an hour. When patient was finally seen but unable to produce a sample, we were sent home with a cup. Patient was able to fill the cup and I dropped it off the next day. HOWEVER, we never got a call; we had to call a few times to follow up on status. Five days later, we called and they apologized and asked us to do it again. WHAT? We have to do this all over again, and it could possibly take another 5 days again? VERY DISAPPOINTED. You should not do that to an elderly person who already tested positive for UTI using a home test and just needs treatment! Elderly people need to be treated ASAP.

Having worked in healthcare for over 38 years, I am very sensitive to HIPA rules and regulations.  I was very uncomfortable answering questions at the check in counter while there was a person sitting immediately in front of the counter/directly behind me, therefore within earshot!  I mentioned this to the provider who saw me who agreed that those 2 chairs should be removed.  Based on my recent visit to the CVS pharmacy next door, the chairs are still there.  This is contrary to HIPA compliance and I am hesitant to return or recommend.

I had gotten ill and i booked an apt online with ease and i got in with ease. i was in the waiting room for no more that 5 to 10 mins. The Medical Assistant was wounder full. Very nice even though i couldn't talk very loud she still understood what i was saying. Then the doctor came in and told me what i have cause the MA had did some tests before the dr cam in. He checked my lungs and told me what i have and i was on my way. I was there for about a half an hour to 45 mins tops. Very wounder staff.

Bad service doctors are fake they don't care for your needs and give meds that doesn't even help with your problems

Checking in was easy, all staff and providers were kind considerate, efficient, thorough. Definitely recommend

The squeduling was easy attention from desk beautifull the attention inside waiting was good pleasant and the attention with the doctors assistant  was immaculate about doctor very straight and very very pleasant I recommend this family care to everybody thank you so much

I came into the office to be seen for STI concern. I reported a primary symptom being diarrhea, the provider shrugged saying diarrhea isn’t symptom enough to be concerned for STI. After the visit I was thinking more and the provider hardly even took the time to ask questions. He inquired about doing a rectal exam, which I refused, and he seemed to ask no further questions. I remember he didn’t, because had he - I would’ve been prompted to have reported painful intercourse, bleeding during intercourse, and anal discharges. It seemed like the provider didn’t even take time with me to see if empiric treatment would be appropriate. I would not recommend this provider, no.
