Fast, easy making  an appointment.   Great staff,  efficient.  Even though I had an injury I enjoyed how caring all staff was.

Staff is awesome. Very friendly. Checking in is a breeze with the app and extremely convenient. Have had nothing but great experiences during the times of need when I needed to stop by the facility. You all rock and i really appreciate you. 🙂

i wasn’t feeling well and every telehealth physician i spoke to told me to get seen in person. i’m really glad this clinic was able to accommodate me. the NP i saw listened to me, and it felt like he really tried to help which was a first with doctors i’ve had

The staff here were so nice, and helpful. So professional and very thorough. These ladies and gentlemen at AFC should be proud of the service they provide.

I will never understand why you have a person at the front desk and we have to do all the work to get in. Take a picture of this take a picture of that. That shouldn’t be our job.. I can see it if we have to answer a questionnaire, but the sign in thing that is not our job.

Only one provider on staff. Made appointment for 11 AM, was seen by a nurse at 11:20 AM, waited until around 1:30 to be seen by provider. Left facility at 2 PM. Nurses and provider were friendly. The egregious waiting times, false starting time of appointment, and frustrated fellow patients made being in the facility while dealing with the symptoms I came to be seen for entirely unpleasant, uncomfortable, and somewhat stressful.

Had some worry about health issues, and got it checked the next day. It was easy to make an appointment and quick. Was reassuring and the staff were patient and kind. Check in was quick.

I had an eye injury, some debris got into my eye, and the doctor didn't even examine my eye; he just looked at it and didn't rinse it out (or if there was a fragment left). They simply prescribed an antibiotic, but the next day I felt something in my eye (it wasn't a sting, but something lingered). I didn't like it.
