Went for an obvious sinus infection. Took over an hour to call me back from the waiting room, after having to use my own phone to check in, which took 30 mins. In the waiting room (with only 2 other patients in the building) was given 2 tests, given a prescription for 200$ worth of meds to treat the symptoms, and told to take the rest of the week off and tough it out. Symptoms were much worse the next day. Went to my family doctor for 2nd opinion, was treated for sinus infection and started to improve before the day was over.

The check-in was an experience I had never had before I had never checked into a office with my cell phone that was very pleasant the staff was friendly the place was clean my wait time was practically zero the doctor was thorough. Five star for that visit

Hardly any wait time. Only issue of discomfort was it took (3) tries to draw blood for lab work.

I was a walk-in and was seen within minutes of completing the questionnaire. The staff was courteous, prompt and professional.

I came in the office with an ankle injury.  I was obviously having mobility issues.  I thought it odd that I was not offered a wheel chair.

Antoine and Alex was very polite and professional. And customer service was great. They explain things in terms where we could understand. I will be coming back. The building was very clean.

Sign in was unprofessional who wants to figure out a QR code and complete on phone when you have a busting headache and sick. And then sit and listen to the check in person talk on her phone. I will not be coming back. So unprofessional. I felt bad for the older people still in the waiting room trying to complete check in on their phones when I left. Would not recommend what happened to pen and paper and a smiling face

The staff was professional and courteous. I would visit AFC again and recommend their facility.

Great experience! Staff was excellent. NP Alex Worley had a great bedside manner. He always listens to your complaints, and no matter how crowded the office may be; he gives you his undivided medical attention.
