Everything went smoothly quality care all around. All around great care with excellent people

I had a really bad burn that blistered and might have been getting infected. I came in to get the proper care for it. I was told that it was too soon to tell whether it was infected and was given a topical antibiotic ointment that was not covered under my insurance and cost a ton of money. I had to go back in less than 24 hours to have the abscess drained and was given oral antibiotics when I was told that I would be able to have that prescription filled If I called back (which wasnt true). I had to pay double the fees just to get the proper care. 0/10 would not recommend.

Staff very very welcoming starting with receptionist. The one & only negative besides wait time but that's understandable during flu season, was patients should be required to wear masks in waiting room. MANY people hacking, coughing sneezing. I wore a mask to protect myself

I booked an appointment at 1:30am for my wife. They open at 8:00am and the appointment was their first at 8:10am. We arrived at 8:00 and had to wait 45 minutes. They serviced two other patients before, yet my wife was scheduled first. Easy scheduling, but don't count on it meaning much. The nurse was great, the dr was ok. Not a great experience.

I felt bad for the nurse. I was the first patient and she took me to get a urine sample. The bathroom was a mess and it appears the cleaners hadn’t come the night before or they missed that room. She felt so bad but totally not her fault. Great service

They need to have more NP on premise one nurse practitioner not cutting it. The wait time is ridiculous. You schedule a appt but wait more than a hour. For the NP she this one on Sunday very attentive and finally got antibiotics geez.

Booking was easy but found out that didn’t mean much as a walk-in was taken before me. I was there for 2 hours, seen for about 10 minutes. The care was quick and efficient, which makes one wonder why on earth was the wait so long? Nursing staff was very friendly, satisfied with care and outcome.

I was lucky enough to have the nice people at the stafford street send me to the afc urgent care because they were booked so they scheduled me a appointment to north Worcester AFC as soon as I walked in they greeted me with a smile and within a short wait attended me I injured myself at work my left foot they quickly got me X-ray and let me know what was causing my pain they put me in a boot and gave me some great advice what to do next. I want to say the staff is amazing and they all were so happy to help me and also everyone else who walked through there doors I rate there service 100% again thank you to there entire staff and God Bless

I made an appointment for 10:30.  I waited for 2 hours and left without being seen.
