My son has severe ADHD and the office staff were very accommodating to his needs. I was able to book an appointment very easily online at their website, it took about 10-15 minutes to book. Check in was just a click of a button on the website.

Had a urine problem, was able to schedule appointment same day, check in was easy and quick, staff showed great concern and care for my situation

No circumstance of which I would ever go to another urgent care clinic all they are is a diesel for billing insurance companies in providing absolutely repair. I’ve been there twice full times unable to do anything. If you have the sniffles in a cold, you can go to urgent care basically anything you shouldn’t go to the hospital before you go to urgent care for which means you should never go to urgent care And you should pop some medicine they care you receive from a bottle better than the virgin care

was able to be promptly seen, online appt and registration was smooth, very thorough, very friendly staff. Nurse practitioner recommended ER care and was spot on! I ended up needing emergency surgery to have appendix removed that day!

My caregiver, Katherine Marcinkus was absolutely fantastic! Very experienced, super knowledgeable and friendly, I am glad i was so lucky to find her as the medical professional on staff yesterday. Thank you! Everything else was a pleasant experience.

Had a wrist injury due to a car incident. Was able to book an appointment online with ease. Staff and practitioner was very professional and helpful. The service was great. Left with a splint that helps with pain and discomfort. Would go back for future services.

I needed to go in for a 7D physical for work.  Where I typically go in Leominster, was booked this week. This was about 35 min away, but, well worth the drive. Receptionist was sweet and helpful. Wait time was practically NOTHING. The woman who brought me into the room, took my vitals, gave me eye exam, etc…  was GREAT!  AWESOME personality. The NP that came in was AMAZING as well. Both were very kind and made me feel comfortable. It was SUPER easy to schedule my appointment here, and checking in when I get here on my phone was a breeze. Office was spotless and neat.  I need a 7D physical yearly, and even though where I typically go is 6 min away from me— this was such a different experience that what I typically have… so I will definitely be making the short drive out again next year!   I would definitely recommend this place!!

I have gone here a few times for minor issues. Usually the staff is VERY friendly and prompt to help you out. Today I went in for a minor arm issue and the receptionist was not what I was use to when I’ve gone prior. There were only a few people in the waiting room that had registered and were waiting. So she was not busy, I was having an issue registering and she did not give two S**** . She was kinda rude and seemed like she would rather be home than doing her job. Anyway, a different staff member could hear and see she wasn’t going to help me so she came over and she took care of the issue. This was the first time I’ve encountered a staff member at the Urgent Care who didn’t seem to care. But the other staff members stepped up and made it right so maybe that one person was having a bad day. I highly recommend going to the Urgent Health stop if you are having health issues and cannot get in to see your reg doctor right away.

I think the motion lights in the exam room need to be replaced by regular lighting.  It is a bit disconcerting having to get up 3 times to make the light go back on. Just moving my arms while seated did not work.  I came on with a sprained ankle.

I needed to renew my DOT health card. I called and scheduled an appointment within a few days.    Staff was super nice, only waited a few minutes to be brought in to exam room.    Physical exam was thorough.   I left with my card and all of the supporting documentation in less than an hour.    I would strongly recommend others to go here for DOT physicals.
