Wait time was an hour. Seeing the provider took under 5 minutes. The problem was not assessed thoroughly. No acknowledgment of the pain/ issue nor just basic empathy. I would not recommend this place or provider, based on my experience today.

Had major knee issue and needed xray went there but apparently xray technician leaves at two so not very psyched about that but everything else was truly amazing they were all so nice to me.

I was told I was fine and nothing they can do as they didn't see anything wrong in my mouth and throat. When I got home I look in the mirror with a flashlight and my camera. I could easily see multiple white patches on the back of mouth and a small one on my throat. I do not normally have open sores or white patches in my mouth. Absolutely ridiculous. Everything thing else went well. Do not recommend.

From check in to exam all went well .The PA Dawn was excellent ..appreciate the fine care

I scheduled an appointment by phone, check-in took all.if 2 minutes; the staff was super efficient; I had x rays taken of my shoulder, talked to the doctor and was out the door within another ten minutes. No complaints from me.

Staff and doctor were very nice. Doctor throughly explained things in terms I understood. Everything was very good, wait time could have been better, but would definitely recommend

Walk-in appt for an earache with pain traveling down my neck from my ear. The aide who took my vitals kept interrupting me whenever I tried to explain what was wrong. The PA who saw me also did not seem to want to listen what was wrong. Didn't explain a thing she was doing and didn't tell me the results of her exam. She didn't even do a full exam. She didn't check my nodes on my neck where it hurts which I thought was common practice. Then the kicker, after the 50 seconds the PA spent with me, she said she would send in a script for antibiotic ear drops and sent me on my way. I waited more than two hours for the pharmacy to finally tell me they never received a script. The PA never sent in the script, she 'forgot' I was told. Final thought, stay away from this urgent care. From bad attitudes to bad service to bad results.

Went to another office and because there wasn't a dot. Qualified dr. They sent me to another facility. The transfer was seamless and staff was more than I could have asked for .very friendly and professional.
