The staff is very welcoming. very professional, and very comforting

Made an appointment but it didn’t matter, all walkins were seen before me. Waited 2 and a half hours past my appt time, was finally seen only for the doctor to tell me she didn’t know why I was there, I should have gone to the ER. I finally told the doctor to stop telling me she can’t help me so I could hurry up and get to the ER. The X-ray tech was super nice though and at least took my X-rays while I waited. But I was in and out of the ER in the same amount of time it took urgent care to even see me. I wouldn’t recommend this urgent care.

Made an appointment for 3 PM. Arrived at 2:50. Did not see the Doctor until 4 PM!!! She was wonderful. Staff was great. Wait was unacceptable.

Check in was great . She was helpful and Friendly. Issue was an embedded tick in upper right side near collar bone. Once in the examination room the individual taking information and bp was very difficult to understand. The NP came in the exam room she never come close to exam the area, never cleaned the area with a topical solution nor did she apply an antibiotic ointment. I HAD To Ask  her about the embedded remainder of the tick and her reply was “your body will expel it .”  In total she spent less than 5 minutes in the room and again never came near the area that needed  to be treated. She prescribed 2 antibiotics to be Taken once  time only, which she said  is protocol. She supplied a computer printout which I had already looked up myself.  I left with embedded tick, a computer print out and went to pick up my antibiotic. Very disappointing. I also had a $50.00 copay. I would definitely not want to see this NP again. Went home cleaned area with hydrogen peroxide, And applied bacitracin antibiotic ointment.

I was in the office from about 115pm till 430 pm. It was a long wait. Documentation was frustrating and hard to recall what each medicine was for. And after all that still had to get an okay from my doctor. Wow that's a bit much for DOT.

I was on vacation from Michigan and fell sick. They were super nice and helpful.

I spent 8 hours with my 92 year old mother who needed some MRI’s done etc , she fell down and needed to see why she was in so much pain , I have never felt so ignored , some of the staff was nice but they were just going through the motions

The nurses were excellent and friendly. They made me feel comfortable.

Even with an appointment it took a very long time to be seen. When I was seen by the medical assistant, she didn’t appear to listen to what was wrong even when I corrected her. The PA was in my room for less than 3 minutes, asked me what I thought it was and then left. Came back with a prescription for antibiotics and no explanation of what it was for.

Scheduled an appointment for the sole reason of having a set time to check in. Waited over an hour. I think they forgot about me. Medical Assistant was friendly and thorough. Everyone else seems to hate their jobs.  I would not recommend this provider.
