Work injury- checking in was ok- intake person in the front office that I had was acting like I was a bother to her. Wait time wasn't long. X-ray tech was pleasant. PA was patient and understanding to my many questions. Took my son there a few months prior and that experience was great is why I went for my own ailment. My Drs are in Ma so it's good to have a location that's close and the care is very good.

The staff is always pleasant and professional. The wait time was short, and it was great because I really didnt feel well. This is probably one of the best urgent.care locations in.Rhode Island.

Danielle was so compassionate and caring. She ordered a nebulizer treatment for me. Also bloodwork was taken by Josh. He was funny and kept me calm. I was a challenge for him. Other tests were done. I will call on Friday to get the results.  The front staff was very professional too.  I highly recommend Armistice Urgent Care! The providers are top notch and very caring.

I was very happy that I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had been coughing for more than 2 weeks and getting worse. Thank goodness I went have bronchitis and meds within 30minutes very happy

I went to the urgent Care on armistice boulevard because I was having frequent peeing, lo and behold the doctor that was on staff was a urologist when I walked in I filled out a brief form within 5 minutes I was already in a waiting room they immediately took a urine sample and while they were doing the test for the urine they scanned my bladder to see if it was full I didn't expect to get a full checkup the doctor came in did a digital rectal scan to test my prostate which he informed me was healthy just a little enlarged he prescribed flomax it was like I had an appointment with the urologist when all I did was visit a walk-in clinic. Every time I've gone to this clinic whether it was an earache something in my eye even a toothache and now urination I've been treated with excellent care better than my physician I wish I could have armistice boulevard as my primary care doctor they do nothing but treat you with care and compassion. I would definitely go here before any hospital or even primary Care I was in and out with a prescription in my hand within an hour. My prior visit which was only a few weeks ago I was in and out in a half hour including x-rays, seriously if you don't need the hospital come visit armistice boulevard urgent Care the review speak for themselves..

The staff starting with ladies who take your info to the nurses and doctors is excellent.

The scheduling for my appointment was easy peasy. But when I got there and then took into the back to my room the nurses bedside manner was super dry not really compassionate. Finally when the doctor came in, he didn't necessarily ask me what I would like to be done I had to recommend what I like to be done . He wasn't very informative he just assumed a condition and did not necessarily ask let's check out what's going on with you or anything like that. Let's run some tests or anything. I literally had to request it. The doctor and nurses demeanors were very dry and nonchalant. The first nurse I tried to take my blood didn't seem to know how to take blood and therefore she had to ask for help. All three nurses we're just there just to be there not necessarily for the right reasons I feel.
