Very, very slow turn around. We waited an hour and a half and only two patients were treated ahead of us. Staff was friendly enough.

I’ve been here at least 7 times in the last couple years. The ladies at the front desk hate their life. The wait time is never less than an hour and a half, even when there are only 3 people a head of you. The doctors have been nice enough, but are clearly over worked. I suggest driving a little farther to Beaumont urgent care on Lake Orion. They can get you in and out in half the time.

Went in for covid test. They have a sign on their door “rapid results”. I started filling out the papers and she said I would get results in 3 days. I asked for the rapid result and she kept saying “I can offer you the send out one”. So I left. I needed rapid results but was denied.
