Outstanding care and service. Was able to get right in and the staff was friendly, patient, thorough, and wonderful to work with. My kids said they preferred it to going to their pediatrician! Nurse was so gentle and patient and PA was thorough and kind. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I went to your link last night to schedule my vaccination. I had spent hours on different sites for pharmacies and healthcare facilities only to be alerted at end of registering that I would be notified when available. I have gone through this same scenario for months with no one calling to ask me to come for a vaccination. But, when I went to the MyHealth link it immediately asked the best time for me to come in. I selected the time and voila! I had an appointment for today for the time I selected. I went to the Beaumont urgent care building that they directed me to. Only one person ahead of me in line. Quickly I was given forms to register with (you can pre-register on line if you have the capabilities). Within minutes I was taken into a curtained unit for my vaccination! I was sent to a third zone to wait 15 minutes to ensure I wouldn’t have a reaction. Then I was given my date and time to come for my second dose. My total time there from arrival to leaving was 31 minutes!! Everyone was so informative, prompt, caring, and gentle. Seriously, the vaccination did not even hurt me. I was literally crying because these people were angels! I was so relieved that I was finally getting vaccinated and would be able to help keep my family safe. What a relief to finally have my vaccination! Where all of the other sites I went to were making me wait indefinitely. I give MyHealth 5+ stars and praise God for these wonderful front line workers providing such amazing service!

I am not a “regular” visitor to this Urgent care but was thankful for getting a quick appointment for COVID testing through their portal and calling them and getting rapid results in 20m. All efficient, competent and friendly

I went their for sever back pain. I was admitted fast and I was in and out in thirty minutes. the medical staff were great. I got my medication and I feel much better.

I was very pleased with my experience at Somerset urgent care. My daughter and I were out shopping and she sprained her ankle.They got us in right away and everyone was so nice and caring!!

I'm very pleased with this urgent care. Highly recommend to friends and family excellence service since I didn't want to go to the E.R. and wait hours. They saw me very quickly.

This was my first time going to a Somerset urgent care and I’m definitely going to come here more often. Very clean and very organized. My son was taken to a hospital two weeks prior since he had bad congestion and I tried everything and gave him everything. The hospital told me everything was fine to continue to give him what I was giving him. But he was no improving nor he was getting worst and it’s been already two weeks. I took him to Somerset urgent care and explained everything. My son may be developing asthma and they gave me things treating it as it was asthma. They even let me use the nebulizer they had on my son to see if I wanted to use that at home. I appreciated their patience and time the doctors and nurse gave us.
