The front desk staff was very friendly, and the medical assistant was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor left me feeling concerned about the care I received. She told me my tonsils were inflamed, even though I do not have tonsils (she asked numerous times if I was sure). This made me question the accuracy of her assessment. The only recommendation I received was to gargle with salt water, and I left without feeling that my concerns had been adequately addressed. I appreciated the staff’s kindness, but I was disappointed with the medical care.

Called at about noon, got to clinic at about 1:00pm, was checked in treated and out by 3:00pm. That included the time it took for a whole IV bag to drip. Joe the NP was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Joanna and Aspen.

Came in with horrible pain. I suspected it could be kidney stones. I was tested for kidney stones and when it was negative, I was sent on my way. No investigation into what could be causing terrible pain.
