Woke up with a painful sore throat like I have never had before. Decided I needed to be seen. Doctor barely looked at my actual throat. Said I was negative for Covid flu and strep and prescribed Tamiflu and to gargle and take OTCs. Pain continued at an intensity like no other so I went to a different urgent care the next morning and the doctor said I had a huge abscess in my tonsil filled with puss and prescribed antibiotics and a steroid. I believe if the doctor had actually looked at my throat the day before at your clinic he would have seen it but was rushing to look and didn’t see it.

Called and was able to book an appt within minutes. Staff is great, friendly and attentive. Got seen by the doc and was treated and was out the door within 90 minutes. Not bad for such a short notice and busy place.

I made an appointment on line and still waited an 1 hour. I had a co payment of $100 dollars. The doctor only saw me for maybe 5-10 to give me nothing he prescribed antibiotics but told me not to take them unless I don’t feel better. I told him I’m in a lot of pain and he said  “yes inflammation “ and walked out. I waisted $100 dollars I thought maybe he could have given me something to help me get better. I feel I had a really bad head cold and my mouth is inflamed due to the congestion. I can’t eat I cry when I try it’s bad. I feel like I was robbed. I went because it’s been 3 days of this and I need more than what I was already doing plus my kids were worried.

I waited an hour to get seen. The providor wasn't very friendly, he barley did an examination and he wasn't wearing gloves. He seemed rushed and unprofessional.

Walked in for a sore throatand got seen right away.

The staff was great! Except for Dr. Jennifer Martinez, Her bedside manner was very poor and none informative was bad! I wouldn’t recommend her to be a doctor! The doctor was not good enough to help me, she just got me out right away and told me she couldn’t help me! I was upset with her!

When showing up, all seemed good. But then I had to run circles to get my co-pay, because they don't take cards, for the amount of $3.00. So while sick, running in circles, then given an antibiotic, which I'm allergic to. Which staff knew I was allergic, but still gave it. Where is this safe? How would you rate it?

Patients you go in sick to be treated. not asked the same questions the staff nurse had already taken prior to Dr coming into exam room. Dr should come in knowing the reason why patient is there for not to play telephone or hear it from the horses mouth as the Dr Mentioned. Dr on call was rude and talked condensing and very unprofessional.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat anc was able to book an appointment that same morning. All staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
